Heck Pork Sausages appear to be a high-quality, lean sausage option with positive reviews for their meaty flavour. However, we were unable to taste them due to a discrepancy in the product description. The actual packaging indicated beef collagen casings, contrary to the advertised alginate casing. While they likely taste good based on other reviews and other products that we have had from heck, we cannot provide a firsthand review.

Very tasty, very porky, well packaged.
The best things for me is they hit the spot for taste, they’re 97% British pork and the packaging is recyclable. I’m not a fan of the skin but I put up with it. They seem to shed more fat than they used to, but they taste so yummy I put up with that too.
