97% Pork but note has beef casing
Heck Pork Sausages appear to be a high-quality, lean sausage option with positive reviews for their meaty flavour. However, we were unable to taste them due to a discrepancy in the product description. The actual packaging indicated beef collagen casings, contrary to the advertised alginate casing. While they likely taste good based on other reviews and other products that we have had from heck, we cannot provide a firsthand review.

A very tasty, incredibly meaty sausage.
A really lovely sausage.They are gluten and diary free, but neither of those things affect me.I buy these simply because they are a very tasty 97% pork sausage.I don't think you can buy a higher percentage of meat sausage.I grill mine, and never prick them.You should never prick a sausage. You want to keep all of the juices in for as long as possible, to stop your sausage from becoming dry.Do that, and I'm sure that you too will be delighted with the deliciousness of these sausages.I hope you found this review helpful.

Like old sausages many years ago, Modern day sausages don't taste the same and over the years people got used to them, these are old Style, ie; the BEST in our eyes, cost a little more but worth it.

Pan Fry for best results: Pre-heat a pan on a medium heat. Add a little oil & pan-fry for 14-16 minutes, turning occasionally. To Grill: Place on the middle shelf under a pre-heated medium hot grill for 14-16 minutes, turning occasionally.
