I’ve been looking for a good women’s multivitamin for a while, and was so pleased to discover these, what makes these even better is that they are liposomal, which is preferable as you will absorb much better amounts of the vitamin this way, this is perfect for me as I have absorption issues due to Crohns disease, so would always recommend liposomal for anyone in general but even more so for people with any type of absorption issues. They also contain the main vitamins recommended for women, are not too big, very easy to swallow capsules with zero nasty smell or taste! Now onto the benefits, this is very difficult for me to say whether they have had any positive effects for me, purely because I have multiple chronic conditions including three autoimmune diseases, am a wheelchair user, I’m on ridiculous amounts of medications and pain killers, and to be honest generally feel like utter garbage, BUT my skin is looking great, my nails are strong so that’s a bonus, now I won’t lie I do take other supplements too, however; knowing that I’m getting the recommended amounts of essential vitamins specifically for women every day is what mattered most to me! I’ll definitely purchase again and definitely keep taking them, so would 100% recommend them for any women who want a high quality, good value, liposomal all round multivitamin, to keep those vitamins topped up each day! I bought these as they have no fillers and additives and the amount per serving was what I was looking for, esp high mg of biotin to strengthen my hair. Besides that it has a wide spectrum of essential vitamins and other minerals. I've been taking them for few weeks now and I feel more energizer and not tired.

I brought this product after doing a review of a previous product I had been buying from Amazon. This product is better in it's properties and benefits. It's more expensive and this is the first time of purchasing it. Therefore I'm only giving it 4 stars. It's a good purchase though. Easy to swallow. No after taste. A good quality product.

This vitamin combo is different because it has been made especially for women certain age. There is no taste when you swallow it but the size is a bit on the bigger side. It did raise my vitamin and folic acid levels so I ended up more energetic. It isn't cheap but as a multivitamin works perfectly and it worth the price. I say it, because before I took another company's pills. In comparison the taste was yaky. Although the pills itselfs were smaller but because of the taste, it was difficult to take it. I took it for a couple of weeks and stopped it. It was cheaper but less tasty and it had lesser results as well.Well, at the end I could just recommend this multivitamin.
