So, a $12.85 advertised price quickly shot up to $59.....Paid the $59 and was looking forward to my custom hoodie I made in honor of my dog.Put her "Millia Marie""Grown @ss puppy dog"On the front, centered, with a curve.Wanting to pick something Pacific North West themed, I went with brown with olive/green stitching.I have used those colors plenty of times.The package finally arrived and I open up the package to see a very thin hoodie, w/ pockets that don't allow me to wear my fingerless gloves due to narrow openings, drawstrings that are way too long and the colors they used were awful. They clashed dramatically and you can't even read what it says.It took me quite a while to get a pic where you could read it. I am uploading the best pic of the bunchHad they used software to provide a mock design like other sellers, this could have been avoided.I reached out to see if they would give me a discount on another one, I even offered to let them pick the colors.$45.98 is what the 2nd would cost.That's $107 on two hoodies and the same issue might occur again due to not seeing a mock version via software.Absolutely not.I have since ordered another from a different seller.$33.07 shipped and I got to see/design it via their softwareCosts way too muchI do not like my order even a lil bitThere was nothing pleasant about this purchaseI will not buy from LullabyMall ever again.Not suggest or recommend.Will not wear the $60 hoodie I ordered.My advice, find a seller that has mock designs online so you know what you're paying for.

Unfortunately the text came pretty squished. Other than that, the sweater itself is nice, and embroidery work is well done.

The fit was good but the writing was small on front maybe too many words.Might try again with less words

Overall the products came out great and the quality is fantastic! however I would say the customer service is by far the highest quality product of this company. highly recommend.
