I've been suffering from a pinched nerve in my neck. Every morning I'd wake up with a tingly arm. I have been using this pillow for four days now, and I found it has definitely been helpful and has allowed my neck to relax. I feel that the curve has definitely helped support my neck and it feels like it can relax. I can't say if it has decreased my number of pinched nerve days yet, but so far I'm happy with it and very glad I purchased it. It's much firmer than what I had, so it takes a little getting used to. And you do need to let it puff up as it arrived shrink-wrapped. But it helped me immensely. I have finally been able to sleep all night until dawn, feeling like I have regained my long lost comfort.

The fabric is soft and I like that I can use it for my head rest and also my back when sitting up.

A very comfortable pillow.I just took it out of the compression bag, and the pillow will smell a little bit of gum.Soon, it will be back to its normal size. After a few days, get used to its taste, or the taste will disappear, not carefully can not smell. Designed according to ergonomics? This pillow feels good when I sleep on it.The middle dark gray fabric is elastic, breathable, and not easily stained.

Normally I have a wide assortment of pillows in my bed, and I swap them out depending on how my neck feels to try to alleviate the pain both during the night and the next day as much as possible. Since I started using this pillow, it's the only one I've needed. I do wish it provided a bit more support for the sides of my head when on my back, but I can't really complain considering the way it has reduced my constant, incapacitating neck pain to something I can deal with a bit better. Granted, I still have to use my pneumatic traction machine a couple times a day if I want to continue moving my head, but most people don't have quite the messed up situation with their cervical vertebrae that I do! I'll recommend it to those I know who also have neck and shoulder issues.
