12 months manufactures garantee. poles are not coverd or any pronlonged UV degredation not relating to manufature.

Is there a carpet for this?

Not as far as I am aware euro hike do some good sized tent carpits that would fit and are light weight

how many bed rooms does it have ?

It has one large bedroom space that can be divided with the black panel into 2 rooms.
