It says natural rock salt so I would assume not.

Is this salt bleached to be white Where is the salt from please, for the London environment

I doubt it has been artificially bleached, but possibly from natural sunlight drying.

This is kosher salt yes aka rock salt. But not sure if it is kosher approved as it doesnt say anywhere on the packaging.
