Excelente le he metido la verdad con algo de precaución 150 kg de peso y la verdad lo soporta sin problema. Yo peso 97kg y la barra de dominada si me soporta aunque sin peso en donde van los discos si se mueve solo un poco pero es debido a que me falta pulir mi técnica. Si tu idea es comprarlo no lo dudes, hazlo. Lo bueno es que te incluye el kit de armado con lo referente a las llaves a usar.

Writing this review exactly a month after purchase and using this rack 5 times a week.PACKAGING/ASSEMBLY - 9/10as seen in pictures box arrived slightly damaged, that had me worried but luckily everything was just fine with no dental or scratches.As can bee seen this box is PACKED TIGHTLY, everything is double wrapped, box has extra padding in the corners. It actually looks quite intimidating because of the sheer amount of items. Luckily instructions are excellent, one of the best if no the best I actually ever seen for this kind of equipment. Tools needed to assemble come included and all bolts, nuts and washers are separated in step by step packages (see photos). Excellent! It took me just under hour to put it up myself in a TINY office. With more space and one person to help this is a 30-40 minute job at best.BUILD QUALITY - 9.2/10Overall this rack is extremely solid, and I have no doubt it will hold the 800lbs of weight it is rated for. There is a small amount of flex which is sexpected since this is a half rack and not a full cage.FEATURES 7/10This is the part where this rack falls down a bit. While J, cups, spotter arms, weight plate holders and pull-up bar are good quality and very much on par with the rest their compatibility is not as good as I hoped.The rack used a weird 0.8" hole for all attachements instead of standard 1" or bigger.That means if you want to buy attachments from other rack they most likely will not fit. Company sells their own attachements that fit just fine but this is a big let down since many people already have some attachments or will be looking to upgrade in the future.Overall I will give this rack 7.5/10 all day. And if it wasn't for the weird size of attachments it would easily score 9.For this price this is still an excellent rack and serves me well so far.I did add a lat pulldown pulley and Amazon flat bench (which by the way fits between posts like it was meant to be sold together!) And workouts are enjoyable

For a 400$ rack with a 400$ Lat pulldown attachment this thing is genuinely impressive.It's EXTREMELY sturdy, especially if you get weights on the holders. If you can bolt it to the floor (which I can not) then it will become immovable, I am certain.A lot of people may be skeptical because it is not a cage, and therefor does not offer the 'protection' of a standard cage. Which is true. However, if you are not planning on passing out, or lifting insane amounts (rack supports 900lbs of weight), then this cage is perfect for the average user. With a 45lb Plate attached to the lat pull down attachment, the entire thing only comes out 61" from the wall. The center bar is about 45" from the wall, making this compact, sturdy, strong, and literally the perfect rack for the average lifter. With your average 6.5 foot bar, this thing takes up a square size about 61" x 80" inches. Note: the width of the cage is NOT 80 inches) . Standard bars fit perfectly on the safeties. The J hooks ARE BUILT STRONG as well.The welds are strong, the metal is thick, and aside from tightening the bolts up high, a 9 year old child could put this together. It's Very easy to understand the instructions.The only con's I would say is the amount of wrapping this stuff comes in. Obviously to protect the pieces, but there is quite a bit of plastic and cardboard. I live in a large city, and I received this entire rig within 7 business days of ordering it. The only other Con would be potentially annoying your neighbors and/or house guests with endless squeals of excitement while setting it up.Lifters of all ages, sizes and skills, if you're looking for a budget rack, that will protect you, hold your weights and has the versatility you need, this is the rack for you.Seriously, do not NOT wait to buy this thing. Just add it to your cart, and ship it to your house and join me in doing pull ups on this sexy beast!
