I was rather disappointed by this globe which I think is very over-priced for what it is. It arrived in parts so that you have to assemble both the globe and the stand to which it is attached: this was pretty straightforward and everything went together without difficulty.I don't think the globe looks particularly antique-y - to be honest, it looks a little cheap. The stand, too, is quite flimsy and cheap-looking. The whole thing is very lightweight. It is unfortunate that when the globe is illuminated, the joint dividing the two hemispheres is highlighted and you get a ring of bright light.Overall, I'd say this is over-priced bearing in mind the quality.

I have wanted a rotating globe for as long as i can remember. The globe requires some self assembly before use, including fixing the two hemisphers together and installing the led lighting function. The instructions are very tiny and difficult to read, and some parts just didn't make any sense - however with some trail and error i managed to fit it all together.Rather disapointingly the globe is very plasticy and does feel a little cheap to justify the £39.99 price tag.The globe map is very detailed and is fun to look at - the globe rotates around nicely. When plugged in to a battery pack or USB wall plug the globe illuminates making a nice evening feature light. There is no on/off button you need to unplug the power when you no longer wishfor the globe to be illuminated.I think this would be a great educational toy for younger children, or even teenagers. Howeveri cant help but thinking the price is a little steep at £39.99 for the quality of the product.

I wanted the EXERZ Illuminated World Globe for my 8 year old grandson (Harry) as a gift; he has recently been given the Head Teachers award for geography at school.I really wanted to like it, but it did not live up to expectations. The two globe hemispheres are a little fiddly to put together, and when together it leaves a band where they connect.The clear plastic stand has stress marks which make me concerned it may crack in due course. But worse, the diameter of the brown USB/LED connector is slightly too thick to be pushed into place (at the south pole of the globe) - shown on two photographs. The globe had to be put together without the illumination function.The globe has a diameter of 30 cm (approx. 12”), and the map is antique-style. The globe rotates on a stand, making it easy to explore various countries, and boundaries.It should be both fun and education.The globe comes with a USB Type-C cable, but not of use, as not able to fit the LED.The instructions are very poor (photo), with regard to assembly it is simply not possible to identify the parts being referred to on diagrams.

This globe lamp is absolutely gorgeous! It’s easy enough to set up. Once plugged in and turned on, it turns into the most gorgeous light! Looks beautiful in my study. The globe itself is really easy to read and clearly printed too! Would highly recommend for children or adults!!

My son has it in his living room for the whole family. They do use it and think its cool.

Zum Globus gibt es eine ganze Fachwissenschaft und leider habe ich keine Ahnung davon. Eigentlich hielt sich mein Interesse an Geographie schon immer in Grenzen, und einen Globus fand ich immer attraktiv, jedoch mehr als Dekoration als aus wissenschaftlichem Interesse. Daher kann ich die Qualität, Richtigkeit und was sonst auch immer, bei diesem Globus nicht wirklich kommentieren.Aus der Sicht eines Allgemeinverbrauchers wie ich ist dieses Produkt ein wunderschönes, dekoratives Lichtobjekt, das sich außerdem zum Nachschlagen geografischer Positionen für oberflächliches Interesse jedenfalls gut eignet. Die Grafik und die Farben sind wunderschön. Ich mag normalerweise kein Kaltlicht, jedoch macht es in diesem Fall trotzdem ein schönes Licht. Der Anblick ist so schön, dass alles andere, was in Wirklichkeit nicht ganz so toll ist, in den Hintergrund rückt.Der Aufbau ist eigentlich simpel, allerdings hat mich das eigenartige Layout etwas irritiert, da der englische Text nicht unter jeder dazugehörigen Abbildung steht. Mit Hausverstand lässt es sich auch ohne Anleitung zusammenbauen. Das Zusammensetzen der Kugel fand ich jedoch knifflig, da sie offenbar nicht ineinander geschraubt, sondern nur zusammengepresst werden muss (obwohl in der Anleitung etwas von einem „Schraubpunkt“ und „danach drehen“ steht), wobei die beiden Hälften mir ständig aus der Hand rutschten. Irgendwann hat es „plump!“ geklappt – leider etwas verschoben, und nun kann ich sie nicht zurechtrücken. Ich werde später mit einer Silikonmatte als Antirutsch-Hilfe weiter probieren.Ich weiß, dass ein Globus recht viel kostet, und vielleicht ist der Preis hier berechtigt. Kann ja sein. Trotzdem muss ich mich fragen, ob das wirklich der Fall ist. Ein wenig enttäuschend finde ich, dass komplett alles aus Kunststoff ist und nicht einmal der Fuß aus Holz. Er steht zwar stabil, ist aber recht leicht. Auch schade finde ich, dass der Globus nicht mit einem Akku ausgestattet ist – zum Leuchten muss er am Kabel bleiben und hat keinen Schalter; das Kabel muss ausgesteckt werden, wenn der Globus nicht leuchten soll.Gut, das sind Ansprüche, wenn man das Produkt als Lichtobjekt betrachtet. Als Globus vermisse ich die Hydrografie. Das finde ich sehr schade, da ich die Topografie am Meeresboden besonders spannend finde.Ich vermute, dass es bei diesem Globus tatsächlich eher um Deko als um einen wissenschaftlichen Gegenstand handelt. Für den Preis würde ich eigentlich erwarten, dass es entweder als das eine oder das andere „vollwertig“ ist.

El globo terráqueo iluminado EXERZ de 30 cm tiene un diseño visualmente atractivo, especialmente si te gustan los estilos vintage o antiguos. Sin embargo, debo decir que mi experiencia fue algo mixta. Por un lado, me encanta cómo el mapa detallado le da un toque educativo y decorativo, además de que se ve genial iluminado en la oscuridad, lo que lo convierte en una lámpara nocturna muy original para una habitación.No obstante, me encontré con algunos inconvenientes. La calidad de los materiales no está a la altura del precio. El globo está hecho de plástico que se siente algo frágil y barato, y el soporte de plástico claro también parece delicado, con marcas de estrés que me preocuparon por su durabilidad. También, ensamblar las dos mitades del globo no fue tan sencillo, y una vez montadas, la unión entre las hemisferas deja una banda visible que se resalta aún más cuando el globo está iluminado.

Mappamondo illuminato, con mappa modello antique; di grande dimensioni 30 cm di diametro, con una struttura in plastica di discrete fatture. Un mappamondo da esposizione, più un pezzo di arredo, non è un mappamondo sulla quale di può fare una ricerca o studiarci su. Dispone di una porta USB-C per alimentare la lampadina all'interno, che devo dire fa una forte luce. Utile sarebbe stato avere un cavo con un pulsante ON/OFF, per evitare di staccare ogni volta il cavo di alimentazione per spegnere la luce. Utilizzato nel mio studio come lampada serale, e devo dire che è molto bella da vedere.

Das ist ja eineAber auch WENN der Globus heile angekommen wäre, ist das Teil keine 40 € wert. Ich gebe zu, der Globus selbst ist aus "gutem", "hochwertigen" Plastik und auch die Karte ist sehr gut. Man kann alles klar erkennen. Der Rest des Globus ist aber Mist. Das heißt der Ständer und ganz besonders: Das Licht. Das ist einfach ne runde Platte mit LEDs, die SEHR wacklig in den Globus gelegt wird und bei dem auch nur der kleinste Wackler dafür sorgen kann, dass das Teil aus der extrem rudimentären "Fassung" fällt und im Globus rum klappert.Insgesamt echt eine krasse Enttäuschung.Lustig fand ich, dass die ebenfalls extrem rudimentäre Anleitung nur auf Englisch und als zweitsprache ausgerechnet Türkisch beschrieben wurde. Ich bin selbst "türkisch", kann die Sprache aber nicht soo gut, trotzdem war die Anleitung echt auch ein Abenteuer für sich.An die Verkäufer: POLSTERT DEN GLOBUS!
