This was a great find. I was skeptical because it was cheap but it's definitely not cheaply made. It has a good weight to it. Comes with the a/C plug. It has a place where you can hang it. Works great. No loss of speed. It also has lightning protection. It's a Great buy!!! Very happy! It works way better than the brand name I had for way less cost. This was worth way more! Would definitely recommend and definitely buy again!

I bought one of these, and it was so good that I ended up getting another. I don't know much about networking, so this was the perfect solution for my needs—plug and play. I have one in my office and another in my living room. Thanks to this device, I've connected my computers, TVs, and other gadgets to my network, which has allowed me to enjoy the internet speeds I'm paying for—unlike my Wi-Fi devices, which only deliver a third of what I pay for. They're small and can be hidden anywhere. They provide a more reliable and faster connection than I expected, and I recommend them. I also think they're very well priced.

This is a great little switch. The app is a little buggy but in general it works great for remote management. Can’t beat the quality at this price!

The ad description didn't mention anything about if the device came with its own power adapter, so I wasn't sure if it would work for me since I don't have a POE device to provide power. It did come with a power adapter, so I was able to power it up. It works straight out of the box, just plug a RJ45 wire from your Internet router to the switch (i used port 1) and it will start working. Make sure your cables to your devices support 1000mbps or you will not get the full speed of switch. Now my speed tests I don online show my speed maxes out at 500mbps which is what my current service plan provides. This is a good product. If you want to access its administration page, you can do it before you plug in your internet cord by plugging in your pc and going to 10.0.0.10 IP address in your browser. If you have your internet cable plugged into the switch you need to find the IP assigned to the switch to access the administration page. You can use a free program like Advanced IP Scanner to find the IP address of the switch. None of this is explained in the setup paper, so it can be confusing if you are not familiar with working with network switches. Still a great price and a great piece of hardware.

Astonishing! I ordered the 8 port managed version just to see what the firmware is like. Turns out to be the biggest bang for under ten bucks I've ever seen. It has all the features you would expect in a managed switch. By ordering one with enough ports I could easily swap one of these out with any of my Zyxel switches and be perfectly comfortable doing it. It has a real internal web interface. You don't have to use the cloud or even be connect to the internet to use this managed switch. If you plug it in to DHCP it gets an IP address and then you can log into that address without having to use the default 10.0.0.10. And you can log in in front of it or behind it. Its fast. I see no speed degradation. It has an internal 110v power supply. After playing with it for a few hours the only thing missing is that you can't label ports. Or maybe I haven't found that menu. But even if that's true its not that big a deal. I didn' t even try the app or cloud use. I'm simply not interested in that at all. But overall I can't remember when I bought a network device under ten bucks that is do good and does so much.

I wanted to leave a review for this item mainly due to the fact that i had been looking for a networking solution for my household for some time and had been unable to find one that would adequately satisfy what i needed until i found this item.To say that i am happy with the purchase (at $15.99 i wasnt actually expecting much more than a low end item, which was fine since im on a budget at the moment) would be a huge understatement, This thing is amazing, after connecting it to my router via an ethernet cable the rest was history. not only was the "Gigabit Managed Switch easy on the pocketbook it also wen well above and beyond what i thought was going to be low end piece of electronics, This switch not only handles all of my home networking needs but itsd also easy to control and adjust through its IP based user interface as well as an easy to use app for my phone.Ive added a few pictures but the important one is the screenshot of the speed test that i took after connecting everything, i have 1G internet, while connecting through wifi it usually stayed at about half of what the speed test shown which isn't bad but this is much better.Okay now that all of that is said, i would just like to end with the fact that i highly recommend this item to anyone who needs an easy-to-use and setup network managed switch for there home (or anywhere i imagine), Not only was it affordable but it got to me quickly and it fitsd all my needs.Thanks!!!
