I haven't start using creatine yet because I've just started going gym so after 3 months I will use it, now I'm only using whey protein and chocolate taste is amazing and haven't faced any bloating issue.Great deal for low budget people who wants decent products to start bodybuilding journey. I purchased it because it was inexpensive, but I was unaware that it would turn out to be the worst decision I ever made. In the first two to three days after taking it, I began to experience stomach aches. Initially, I thought it might be due to the food I was consuming. However, when I took it on an empty stomach, it became the worst day imaginable, as I spent the entire day vomiting. I ended up discarding approximately 700 grams because it was causing severe discomfort to my stomach. DO NOT BUY!!!
