I recently purchased the TORRO Case for my iPhone 16 Pro Max, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The case itself looks and feels good but there is a fundamental design flaw on the connecting piece surrounding the camera control button. This has snapped within a few months and torro are refusing to replace /repair the item where they describe it as normal wear and tear. As a long standing customer of these products, I suggest you find something else as the quality /service is no longer a factor in these products.

Really well made and tough. The leather coating is a nice touch, it’s been in my pocket and dropped for a few months now and still looks like new, can’t say better than that.

Like a number of reviews, the case is premium with a silky smooth (maybe too smooth) feel but the new camera button is hard to access. For me this is fine coz I don’t use it but can see it as a game changer for those who want to utilise the new feature.

The case itself is sturdy and pretty good however there is a flaw in the design . The case sits so high off the new camera button that it makes is hard to access . I don’t have huge fingers but I struggle to use the button in that you can just about press the button but you cannot easily slide your finger for change camera settings. They should have used a more open design like the Otterbox where there is a cut out over the camera button making it more accessible. See attached highlighted picture to give a better idea.

The case is lovely to look at and and has a soild feel to it. Hugs the phone well but it's very slippery and I often feel like i'm going to fumble it and I'm far from a butter fingers. The magsafe is fine, but not as strong as my old case.The big frustrations for me are the power button and the camera button cut out.1. The power button is rock solid stiff. It's a pain to use and turn off the phone. It feels stuck (i've checked, it's not).2. The camera button is flush with the phone but the case is a raised cut out. Long story short, it's super hard to actually use the button because of the cutout and it feels like it was a guess to how it might work vs actually tested with a iPhone 16 for how it should work.tl;dr: If I was buying again, I wouldn't get this case.

Excellent fit, protection, leather quality, and value for money! Buy it!
