I watched a video of sadhguru who recommended Tumeric and Black pepper. I do have joint pain in my hip and have flare ups of inflammation. I thought I should give this a try, what can it hurt? How glad I am that I tried it. Obviously I’m no doctor and I have no knowledge of anyone’s medical history or medication. But for me, 3 days in, my hip pain and joint pain has gone. My joints actually feel more flexible, like the limits on them are much higher now. I walk my dog between 1.5 - 2.5 miles and I would struggle a lot. Since starting these it has eased a lot of issues so the health benefits are amazing. The quality is a great too, an easy to use tub/dispenser with tiny little pills that are easy to swallow and has no taste or smell. I would say these are excellent value for money and when I run out, I will buy again and again. I am always skeptical about this sort of thing but the gamble has paid off, every little bit of help is still help.

Despite one of the main selling points being 'easy to swallow', they are in fact a cylindrical shape that therefore gives the tablets edges that make them difficult to swallow. There's a moment when you swallow them that they stop and get caught in your throat. I can't believe people are still making tablets in this form. The small mercy is that they're not the largest form I've encountered.
