Not sealed

Seasoning seal came off with lid when I opened it like it wasn’t sealed. Have had good luck with cusos tequila lime habanero, this stuff smells pretty good! Will try soon

Put on the meats!!!

Great rub for pork or chicken. Use it on the grill and put it on any of the meats.Great for burgers too. Would purchase again.

No refunds or replacements at all?? Even when manufacturers error?

I never leave 1 star reviews and it smells great but the item came with the seal broke. When I took off the lid to remove the seal it was in the lid not attached. I know it could have easily be somehow the lid pulled it off but I am to nervous of a person to eat something unsealed. Thats not why I'm leaving the review though I'm leaving it because I tried to get it refunded or a new one sent out due to this manufacturer error but it says "uneligable for returns or replacements" then it gave no option to reach out other wise any way I tried to contact/reach out about it came up with the same alert. This sucks because I love this brand and have many of their products and was very excited to try this one. But I don't want to pay for it twice.
