I was very critical and spent time reviewing different moisture meters. Some issues I noticed in reviews of other devices included the long time it takes to get a measurement (up to 5 minutes) and concerns about accuracy. First, I can confidently say that this device provides measurements within seconds. Second, the measurements are consistent, which is a great sign. While I don’t have the tools to verify absolute accuracy, the consistency is reassuring, and based on general observations of the soil, the readings seem reliable. I really like this product and would purchase it again. Additionally, it’s very easy to read even in sunlight.

This soil meter is easy to use and feels well made. The angled probe makes it simple to stick into the soil and read the screen without having to crouch or twist awkwardly, which I appreciate.The moisture readings have been really helpful—I'm no longer overwatering my plants or letting them dry out too much. The pH reading also helped me realize one of my garden beds needed some adjusting, and after making a few changes, my plants started looking much healthier.I also like the sunlight feature—it helped me figure out which spots in my yard actually get enough light for certain plants. The temperature reading is a nice bonus too.Overall, it’s super straightforward to use and gives you really useful info. If you’re into gardening or just trying to keep your plants happy, this is totally worth it.

Those cheap plastic green probes that come free with other plant tools? Throw them away. Buy this one instead to get an accurate moisture reading. The only reason why I am giving 4 stars is because the screen is constantly turning itself off. I have a lot of plants to get through!! I do appreciate the light meter, too. That has helped a lot with placing my grow lights for optimum plant health.

I couldn't' figure out why my plant wasn't doing well. It turns out that the PH was way off. I've used this probe for about a week or so and it has helped me to know if I'm over- or under-watering. The lux measurement is interesting and I've moved some plants to get more or less sunlight or pulled my blinds during more direct light. I had also bought one for my daughter (newbie at plant care) and am now buying one for both my sons. Hopefully these will be accurate for some time with good care!

This product is everything I was expecting. It is easy to use, it has a large easy to read digital display. It has a adjustable head to ensure ease of reading. It functions exactly as it should. It feels solidly built and is the perfect size to use and store. It was a good value for the price.

This is a great tool for your overzealous wife who overwaters everything. It keeps the plants happy and healthy, ensures we are not over or under watering our plants, and provides soil temps and ph balance to help us maintain a healthy lawn and garden! This tool is well designed, looks great, and is easy to use.

It's gardening season and I bought this for my dad to help him with the gardening to plant some new plants. He had a brunch but he really like this one. He said it looks nice in the garden and the displace is easy to read. It can tack temp, moisture level, ph and sunlight which is very helpful to let him know if the soil is good for his plants.

This digital version is worth the money. It is much more accurate than the analog pH and water devices I had. It fits in the long side pocket on my gardening pants, making it easy to carry to all areas of my garden. The one problem I have is reading the small type the water meter in the sun.
