I researched and researched which filter I wanted to buy and landed on the Phoenix. It was a better deal on Amazon than it was on their own site so I purchased it here. I have found I drink a lot more water. I do use a top of the line filter in my fridge so I take water from that and filter it through for fresh clean water. No more chlorine smell or taste. I do use both types of filters and definitely see and taste a difference in the water. I have had no quality issues but a few hiccups with missing items from the order. The company was quick to respond but rather slow in shipping the missing items but it all worked out.

I tested the parts per million with a device and my water went from 199 to 6 parts per million

Meets every expectation, works like a charm

Ordered the 8ltr phoenix gravity filter with added fluoride filters. All set up and was pretty easy to do. I run the water through couple times to be sure. I put 5 litres in the top and seems that’s about right keep things flowing, adding back what you take out. So far the water tastes much better! The design seems smart and robust. There’s not much information on cleaning inside of the unit on website, but reading up soft cloth and white vinegar seems okay (I live in area with lots of limescale). I purchased a very sturdy metal Scandinavian style plant stand (adjustable) with round metal base from here, I find this fits in better with in my kitchen. Time will tell on how it holds up, so far I’m pleased with the purchase. Thank you phoenix gravity filters! 😊🫶🏻 I Will update in a year on how things are going.
