great laptop, excellent service
I bought a laptop for my son and after four weeks, out of nowhere the keyboard stopped working. I contacted the seller, and even though the return period had expired, they attempted to repair it. When that didn’t work, they sent me a new one. Overall, great laptop for the price and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend pcmart.

Very bad experience “Faulty and Overpriced – Avoid This Laptop!”
I purchased this laptop for around 500 AED, expecting decent performance, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. Within just one month, the device became faulty. The charging port stopped working, the laptop overheats excessively, and even gave an electric shock while plugged in!When I returned it for repair, I was asked to pay an additional 100 AED for fixing, which is ridiculous considering the laptop’s poor quality. For the price, this product should have lasted much longer without major issues. It’s a total waste of money, and I strongly advise against buying it. Spend your money on something more reliable.

Problems
The laptop looked fine but there was problem with the charging. The adapter sent with the unit was lot Lenovo. I got error message that the adapter is of lower wattage. Luckily I had a a genuine Lenovo charger from my office pc of similar wattage. But even that did not work. Obviously some problem with the power section. This should have been checked before it was shipped.
