Taste watered down
These electrolytes taste very watered down if you mix the is a bottle of water so I would use less water. They dissolve very quickly and are easy to open. You get a good amount for what you pay for.

These are super easy to travel with and handy to have! I got them to take them to disney world this summer and they would be perfect to slip in bag and ensure rehydration in the morning and evenings after long hot days... Have yet to use them yet... but we know what it’s purpose is and that this brand works... generally I find the powder super handy like this to carry around and would do this for other vacations in future !!
