The pillow is oddly shaped. Very angled from waist to neck and not very comfortable. It's heavy, big and not soft and cushy.

Listen I buy a lot of products on Amazon, but this is probably one of the worst quality ones I’ve bought in a long time. I’m not trying to ruin this person‘s business, but they need to restructure what kind of foam they use. It was so lumpy and bumpy. And the problem was when I wanted to return it I had to buy an eight dollar box from UPS because it wouldn’t fit into any box since it comes airtight.

I got this for my elderly father because he doesn’t have a headboard on his bed and I thought it would help him sit up in bed while reading or watching tv. Well, he didn’t like it so my nephew took it and loves it. Sometimes you just can’t buy things for some people! 😁
