Love this headset
I've had the first edition of this headset for many years and recently picked up the 2nd edition when I built out my remote office. I absolutely love it. Fantastic range, call quality, and comfort.

Superior office noise canceling. Range of DECT instead of Bluetooth from Base to Headset is AWESOME.
Simply nothing better for directional mic plus noise cancellation. Very comfortable I wear them all day. Compatible with all my bluetooth devices, Jabra still gives firmware updates. Functionally superior to other much heavier and larger headsets for work at home professional conference calls that I must block out the background nose. Charging requires the headset to be in the base station which is also USBC so its fully compliant with the new EU law that everything must be USBC. Unsure if it charges faster than the older USB model, though. Both this USBC and the older USB model use the same software and firmware update. HOWEVER, this USBC model has more options and hearing protection for the Australian daily noise limiter etc than the original USB model. I have no idea why Jabra does not promote this headset more, its by far their best I've had. Also, uses DECT with range that is Soooo much further than Bluetooth its crazy. I can go outside and check the mail without any static, whereas Bluetooth disconnects just going into the next room. I cant emphasize enough the DECT range and noise canceling are so great for the size and light weight for wearing all day!

Jabra Engage 75 SE: Great Features, But Not the Right Fit for Me
As someone who already owns Jabra devices, including a Jabra speaker and the Evolve 85 headset, I was hoping to stay within the Jabra ecosystem. I picked up the Engage 75 SE Convertible for scenarios where I needed to stay aware of my surroundings while still being able to hear my calls. Right off the bat, the sound performance was great, and the noise cancellation was effective. I also appreciated the included headset adapters, which allowed me to adjust the fit to my preference. The dock was a nice touch, making it easy to manage calls and keep the headset charged. However, none of that was enough to keep me using it. Despite the strong feature set, I didn’t like the feel of the headset. Comfort is a deal-breaker for me, so I decided to look elsewhere. This headset offers many benefits for those who prioritize connectivity, call quality, and multi-device pairing. But if fit and comfort are high on your list, I recommend trying it out before committing.

Meh, over hyped.
Its nice and fancy looking with a price tag to match but I feel like I didn't even use most of the features. Connect to your computer via USB and all calls and volume controls are done with the dial up software your company uses. The touch screen docking station seems unnecessary. Also not that comfortable. The sit on top of your ears design is not great for someone with big ears like me and does not provide much of any noise cancelation. Get a cup over your ear version of either Jabra or a different brand. Im currently using a Bluetooth Dell set provided by my current job and it's 10× more comfortable and has better noise cancelation. This Jabra is now collecting dust in a drawer at home.

Upgrading to the Jabra Engage 75 SE.
Before the Jabra, I was using a wireless headset from Plantronics, and for the most part, it did a good job. However, I didn’t like the single earpiece, so I decided to try the dual-earpiece Jabra Engage 75 SE. I’m not a power user who needs all the fancy features these headsets offer. I just wanted a super comfy, lightweight headset with good sound quality, and the Jabra delivers on all of that. Again, one of the main advantages of the Jabra for my use case is the dual earpiece. Although I work from home and don’t specifically need noise cancellation, the dual earpiece helps a lot in hearing calls more clearly with both ears, as opposed to just one. The headset is also incredibly lightweight for its size and, most importantly, comfortable, with a more balanced weight compared to the single earpiece on my previous headset, which often felt off-balance. The wireless functionality is also great. Although the headset boasts a 140 ft range, since I work from home in my office, I rarely go beyond 30 ft from my desk. I did test it from my kitchen, which is around 90-100 ft away, and the call quality and connection remained clear and strong. The boom mic on the Jabra is larger than the one on the Plantronics, and while it does get in the way visually, it’s not a big issue. The longer arm brings the mic closer to my mouth, allowing it to pick up my voice better than the Plantronics mic, which sat closer to my jawline. The mic arm also swings out of the way easily by rotating it up when not in use. I like that the mute button is located on the mic itself, making it easy to turn on and off. But a tiny LED or indicator would be nice to show if its on or off visually. The base is nice and sturdy, and I like the small display showing the menu and battery power. While there are quite a few options, I mainly did the basic setup and left most of them at default. The docking mechanism for the headset is something I’m not particularly fond of. You have to place the headset over a protruding USB-C port. It’s not a major issue, but you have to ensure it connects properly to charge. On my previous headset, charging was done via contact points and pins, and the headset sat in a groove that guided it into place. So, even if you placed the headset somewhat haphazardly, it would almost always sit correctly and charge. Overall, this is a great wireless headset from Jabra. It works well for my needs and provides significant improvements over my previous Plantronics set. Since I don’t use it often and only for meetings and brief phone calls, I can’t comment too much on its battery life, as it’s almost always topped up in my use case. While I haven’t had anyone comment on the call quality, I do feel that the call is clearer, as I don’t have to repeat myself during conversations. I assume this means my voice is coming through clearly on the other end.

Premium Headset
Great headset. I can hear everyone crystal clear, and the battery lasts all day. Good investment for anyone that works on the phone all day.

Comfortable single ear device
Single ear piece is great for comfortable use during Teams/phone calls. You will be more aware of surroundings during calls. Good value at $366.
