This milk frother takes all the guess work and skill out of getting perfectly heated and frothed milk foam. We have the steam wand and I just struggle to get the micro bubbles that you get with good frothed milk for a latte. This does it with the push of a button. The capacity is just enough for a double shot latte. It's quick, quiet and I think money well spent if you want to make barista quality drinks at home with ease.

For some time I have been looking for an alternative to a steam wand for getting good micro foam in milk. My wife and I drink a mocha latte every day. I got decent results with the steam wand on the Breville Bambino Plus, but I wanted a standalone alternative. I had tried the Maestri House unit and several wands. The Maestri House is good at producing large amounts of thick foam for a cappuccino, but I could never get it to create micro foam for lattes.Well, the Dreo does this perfectly. It is very high quality micro foam that is smooth and silky. It has a distinct creamy mouth feel that is unmistakable. For best results use whole milk.This is a great product that does exactly what it claims to do.EDIT: 05-07-2025Out of the box this is a great product. Unfortunately, it is built to a price point that, at least in my case, meant that its performance did not last. I have had this for about 4 1/2 months using it it almost daily, and it is no longer creating the excellent microfoam it did when new. Moreover, it is no longer even able to heat the milk sufficiently. New, I consistently got milk in the 140-150F range. Today, I measured 114F at the end of the cycle.Very disappointing. I can no longer recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. I got this for latte art, and regret it. After using for months to give it more chances, I still cannot get it to work consistently. Sometimes I get enough froth, most times it just spins milk. Recently, it decided not to froth at all and is merely spinning milk with squeaking sound (not milk stretching sound). I should have gone for the Nanofoamer Pro to save myself the frustration.Issues:1) When it does work, the froth is very thin so I have to use cappuccino rather than latte setting to get enough foam.2) It’s lukewarm when using milk from fridge, only getting to about 130 F, so not hot enough. Ideal temperature is 150-170F.3) Inconsistent. Never know if you’ll get froth. More often than not, it’s no froth or not enough.4) Doesn’t froth anymore, after only months.

I use this every morning to make my wife matcha Latte. Super simple I pour some milk in, screen the matcha in and then start it poor a little maple syrup in to help get the Matcha off the center post and then walk away few minutes later is an amazing frothy matcha latte.Worth every penny. Thinking of maybe buying a second back up one just I case. Also the normal milk form is amazing quality too.

Day one, I loved the different settings: Fast and slow spin 2 types of agitators: Impeller and disk; temperatures from 130 -170 degrees. You could choose cold milk, hot, froth or defrothed, regular milk, 1/2 and 1/2, and my good old Silk Almond Milk (80). The Dreo details don't list SILK. NOTE: Almond Breeze is hideous. BUT THEN AFTER A COUPLE USES......NO FROTH, even though I cleaned it meticulously with immediate Dawn suds, a thorough brush of the little spinner deal and then into the dishwasher..... NO froth. No Help from Dreo except try 140°. Worked for one day. Then I stumbled on this procedure: PENS UP: White Vinegar and Baking soda in the stainless steel jug. Let it fizz and set for 15-30 minutes. BRUCH CLEAN the impeller carefuly. Rinse (Transfer to dishwasher if you wish) This week I got HUGE GLOBS OF FOAM.. WAY HUGE... Then after 4 straight days of Froth Valhalla, we're back to itty bitty watery suds today. Stay tuned.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife so we can trash our gross milk frother wand.This milk frother does it all its so impressive, but what made me give 5 stars is everything is truly dishwasher safe!!! OH MY GOD LIFE IS EASY AGAIN!!!And we have clean coffee tools again! Ahhhhhh... Sweet release.It's worth the price by ten fold, i would recommend this to everyone.

Updated: the company did send me a new unit. I had reached out to customer service several times with no response. They suggested I check my spam folder and there was not 1 email from them in that folder either. What got their attention was my negative review. So while I do appreciate the replacement I am sad it took posting a negative review to get a resolution.Avoid this product - the manufacturer does not stand behind their product.I am giving this 3 stars. After less than 2 months mine has stopped working, it will not turn on. I will say I have contacted customer service and they have been responsive but I do not have a resolution yet. I am hoping they stand by their product. I also have had a cafe grace brand frother for almost a year and it works without issue.Update: The customer service department is not responding to the email I sent them with the i formation I requested so I am changing my review to 1 star. I would avoid this product at all costs.

Works much better than the steamer on my machine, as good as most coffee shops.
