Worthwhile
My best friend. Take it to bed , in the car, chair and sofa So comfy and light to carry everywhere. Helps with back support but I have had tremendous support for my neck. One happy lady

It’s a good quality pillow caseOnly downside is that the opening for the pillow is very small,so can be a bit of a struggle to get the pillow back inside

Bought the pillow first did nit realize that there was a cover so that arrived today, not an easy pillowcase with only one opening but will do
