Use these to help get ahead on my protein for the day. 140 cal/ 0 fat/ 12 carb/ 22protein. The 0 fat is what’s crazy to me, really easy to add into my diet restrictions. Comes out to like $2.50 per individual package. So basically what I would spend on protein shakes that would provide basically the same protein. I buy them pretty regularly and have never had any issues. Also the flavor is really good, prefer it over jack links brand.

I've had the every 2 week subscription for almost a year now. I like the product. Thier customer support isnt effective. I recieved a box that had about 6 or more that werent sealed and were loose inside of the wrapper. Two of those were white, moldy and nasty looking. I tried eating one of the loose ones. My wife told me I was disgusting and threw the whole box out. So anyway, I followd the instructions and contacted them directly via eamil asking if there was anyhtign they could do because that was quite a few bad ones to just throw out. My request was ignored. no response to date and that was aobut a month ago.

This jerky tastes good, is loaded with 20 or so grams of protein, and is fairly low in fat and sugar. Nutritionally it's just what you need, and very little of what you may not need. And each package includes two pieces, so if you want around 10 or 30 grams of protein, their packaging makes it easy to titrate your nutrition as needed. Highly recommended.

Not a person eating being a beef Jerry regularly this particular one is delicious. 2 big pieces in each package, great snack for hiking or camping.
