Q: Can this work using it in the horizontal position?

To tell the truth, this is a great experience for me. It can steam clothes horizontally and vertically without worrying about water leaking out.

Q: Is this only for use on garments? Or can it be use around the home too?

It would be great on curtains. As far as I know, it can also be used in sofas, sheets and plush toys.

Q: Does it spit out water?

Only a teeny tiny bit. Barely noticeable.

Q: is this just can be steaming? Can it be ironingwithout steam?

Yeah, it can dry ironing. It is not as hot as a regular iron but it works well. I guess it’s because my T-shirt is thinner…I’ll try ironing my coat later.
