Newbigin Made Simple
Anyone familiar with the works of Lesslie Newbigin, especially his famous book on mission titled "The Gospel in a Pluralist Society" would do well to read this book. Tomlin does an excellent job of describing in a practical manner what Newbigin's missional church would actually look like in the real world and how such a church has an impact on the world around it as a sign of the kingdom of God.

A disarming lifestyle driven by Love
As indicated by the writer this book has a timeless feel about it. Although written well over a decade ago the issues covered are as relevant today as when first considered.A thought provoking book which breaks the mould of the popular genre of its type , which for me was refreshing.Sharing ones faith often best demonstrated within an unconscious life style, but always driven by Love.

Provocative Church
Indeed. Well entitled. It came recommended to me and I recommend it to those interested in leading a reasonably decent life.
