Double dose at the minimum to even notice an effect and more still to work as advertised meaning very few uses per little sprayer, just not worth it and doesn't work all that well or very long either. Can't say I recommend it in its current state.

I have a tendency to 'get there' before my wife does and as I don't want to be considered a selfish partner, I looked into ordering this from Keeps as I have an account with them. When I saw this available to order and review on Amazon I jumped at the chance.It really is the smallest bottle I have come across, it's really tiny! You do not need much and it's pretty potent. I spray 3 to 4 times. It's important to let it sink into the skin and work it's magic, about 15 mins. You also don't want this to numb your partner. I was worried that I wouldn't feel anything but it does exactly as it's supposed to and helped me last longer. How much longer, I would say around 20 to 25 mins.I have no idea how long this lasts before needing to order again, I don't think that long but we won't use this all the time, just on some occasions.I would give 5 stars for effectiveness, but removed a star due to the small size and it being quite pricey for what it is. You could buy lidocaine cream for less than half this price.

I used something similar to this in the past and was unimpressed. It's been a number of years now, and with the Keeps name behind it, I was hoping for something better. But when the underlying technology is the same, I guess you get the same results. All it does for me is tingle a bit, whether I use a little or a lot. Too much and it's fully numb. I suppose this must work for some people, but for me it's no-go.

I've tried this spray a few times and couldn't tell a difference in sensitivity. The first time I did the minimum recommended 3-4 sprays, then the next time I upped it, then upped it again the next time, until this last time I tried it I was at the 10 spray max recommendation. And still, I couldn't tell a difference. There was no change in sensitivity.
