I love this and can't say enough good things about this. I was looking for one for my son whose shoe size is a 13 wide. I looked at many different stores and most places only fit up to a size 12 or if it said a 13 reviews would say different. If I did find one like this the price was astronomical and more then I wanted to spend. It was down to crunch time and I finally found this one. The open ends allow it to fit my sons feet as well as mine (size 9) with no issues. It's wide enough that his feet fit comfortably. There are different modes such as kneading, rolling, shiatsu, and 3 heat levels. I love when it like envelopes your feet and puts some pressure on them as it feels so nice and relaxing. The best part is (depending on size) I was able to lay my arms in and have those massaged, I could put my wrists, hands, feet in and I could even lay on the floor, or stand the machine on its side and massage my lower legs. So all in all this is definitely not just for your feet and you can take advantage of it on other body parts. The cover can come off to be washed as well which is a big plus since stinky, dirty feet slide in there. There is a remote, and a timer setting that can go up to 25 mins. If you're debating buying one I'd definitely buy this one where the whole family can take advantage of it and possibly use it on multiple body parts. Yes. So far. I ordered a simular unit from a private company and it quit after 1 use. The company would not respond to emails and the phone was disconnected. I lost that 189.00. I seen this unit on here, Amazon. I have never had issues with bad service so I took a chance. He works our of town right now so it hasn't been used as normal yet...but so far so good.

Bought this as a gift for my hubby.For reference: He is 6’3, shoe size 14W. I did my research before buying because I was skeptical if this massager can accommodate his big feet, since most accommodate up to size 12. THIS WAS A WINNER 🥳 he suffers from leg pain and cramps at night and I knew this will give him a little relief because my little hands needed a break from massaging lol. He only used it 3xs but loves it so far.

The first one I ordered the heating didn't seem to be working right. It wasn't getting warm at all. I do like the compression, the intensity and the kneading. I like the quick return response and I should get a new one by tomorrow. If it warms up to 120°F then it'll be perfect for me. Update. Received the new massager. I can feel the heat but nit as hot as I'd like it to be. I'll still keep it as it helps with my leg edema.

Great foot, leg, and even arm massager. This massager is made for feet and calves, but you can also place your arms inside! It has 3 heat levels, 3 massage modes with rolling, kneading, Shiatsu (strengthen), air compression, or a combination of the previous options, and 5 intensity levels. My body parts feel great after a massage! The remote is very convenient, so I don't have to lean down on the machine to change settings. I love using this after a long day at work, after a workout, or whenever I feel like de-stressing! Definitely worth the extra money. This is a great investment!

Very disappointed. I was hoping for something stimulating and relaxing. Instead, it's just painful to use. I like the rollers on the bottom but the foot crushing action from the sides is constant and hard, and there's no mode to disable it. In fact, I cannot tell any difference between the modes, they all just squeeze (hard) and roll.It's just hard to believe so many people gave it 5 stars and didn't warn me. It deserves a 4 star at best, for someone who find the side crushing as helpful. For me, after 5 minutes, its like taking off bad shoes after a painful hike.Also, the remote arrived unworking.I rolled the dice on my Black Friday purchase, passing up the widespread discounts on other brands but I picked wrong. I got this one because it I have size 13 feet and most stop at 12.However the design does work well on the caves. Even there, it became painful after about 10 minutes, but it was stimulating and felt good before it became too much.

We LOVE this massager!!!Our entire family uses this! Granpa/& Granma, Son & Wife, and the grandbabies!!!We keep it in the living room in front of a comfy chair and everyone takes turns. I would gladly buy this again!It helps the feet and lower legs in feeling so relaxed so sooooo many levels of intensity, and then there's the heat!THANK YOU for such an AMAZING product!!!!!
