The right ear bud is defective doesn't work, returned the item

First a disclaimer, I am not the typical demographic for noise cancelling headphones, I wanted this proudct mostly for office use and I dont listen much to music. However, I listen to podcasts and the headphone definitely come handy in such situations. Overall my impressions of using the headphone over the last 2 weeks are summarized below Fit The fit is comfortable, but I sometime feel the buds are not secured in my ear and may fall out, only to check with my hands and then realize its secure in the ear. I am a runner, and I will definitely be trying out the performance when running. Sound Quality The calls are clear, the sound quality is great. No comments, other than the brand most possibly lives upto the expectations. ANC is decent, but not as good as I thought as we have Sony headphone as comparison. But I am thinking, over the ear headphone do have an advantage when it comes to ANC. Yes, in comparison with my wife's Airpods pro, the ANC is excellent. One plus is the Aware mode, which I really liked. WFH performance Not so good. It is rather easy to pair with laptop, but taking calls on MS Teams resulted in annoying buzzing sounds, which is loud enough to disrupt my hearing properly of the conversations. I really dont know if this is a software compatibility issue with MS Teams, or some issue with the laptop or buds, but the primary reason for getting the headphone was its purported ability to seamlessly switch between phone and Windows without any difference in the quality of sound. The switching is seamless, but the call quality on Windows is defnitely bad, so much that I am using the headphones for office calls. This is a big bummer to be honest. Overall I rate the prouduct a 3.5, as it will mostly work for 90% of the demographic. Unless you look to buy the headphone for WFH use, this is a solid buy, due to good battery backup, sound quality, ANC and reasonable price for the performance.

Switched to these from airpods, the sound quality is amazing and they are quite comfortable although bulky. However, they are going back, the connectivity with the iphone was perfect but very spotty with a laptop, the connection would drop every few minutes no matter what I did; but the most annoying of all, is the fact that the manufacturer makes it impossible to turn the voice prompts off, you put these on and are forced to hear a voice tell you the connection status, the battery level and that the noice cancellation is on, it takes too long and is just plain annoying. Turning this voice off used to be possible but not with the model I received, apparently this was changed recently.

I have a few things to mention about this product. Firstly, make sure the earphone is securely pressed into your ear; otherwise, it will pause when the sensor isn’t activated. I don’t mind this, as I actually prefer it over my other earphones that keep playing and wasting battery when I’m not listening. In terms of comfort, these earphones are excellent. I can wear them all day without any complaints. However, when I’m in a busy place with no sound playing, the noise cancellation can feel slightly uncomfortable—but that depends on individual sensitivity. While it doesn’t completely block out very loud noises, I’d say it cancels about 95% of ambient sound when walking on the streets or at home. The sound quality is outstanding. You can really hear the highs and lows, as well as the different instruments in a song. I never noticed these details when using cheaper earphones—it’s like rediscovering music. One minor downside is that switching between devices isn’t always seamless. Sometimes it connects instantly, other times it doesn’t. But for me, that’s not a dealbreaker. Also, if you’re next to someone talking, I highly recommend turning on ambient sound mode—otherwise, it’s nearly impossible to hear them. The noise cancellation is that effective. Overall, this product delivers on both comfort and sound quality, making it a great choice.

Ich bin begeistert von diesen tollen Bose Kopfhörern, der Klang ist wirklich sehr toll und Bose typisch. Die sitzen auch sehr gut im Ohr. Die Farben sind auch wirklich sehr schön ausgewählt der Preis ist angemessen und im Allgemeinen ein sehr gutes Produkt nur zu empfehlen, auch bestens als Geschenk geeignet.

I have wanted BOSE for a long time i could not resist when they went on sale and now i know why they are the best of the best worth every penny. My old earbuds can't even compare. The noise cancelling is incredible and my music i never knew could sound so good. They arrived earlier than expected was a nice plus. Very comfortable to wear for long periods of time and don't slip or fall out like some others do. Pairs instantly to anything i need and very easy to use. Love the lilac color ❤ if i could give more than 5 stars i would.
