I brought the black battery base for for my echo Dot 5th with early access to Alexa Plus. It works very well unfortunately you can't leave the echo Dot on in standby over night as the battery base was completely flat in in the morning. But I've learnt that i can turn the battery base off when I'm not using my echo Dot 5th generation and once I turn it back on my echo Dot connects automatically back to my WiFi and my everywhere group for music. To charge the battery pack you have to use the echo Dot power cable. The type C port is only for charging a different device like your phone. I find it's great as I keep my echo Dot 5th generation in my bathroom. Im going to buy another battery pack for another echo Dot 5th generation for when I travel and stay at my parents house so I can run my smart home even on holiday. I hope this review has helped you to decide.

Perfect for indoor and outdoor use. Good battery life as well. Keeps the Dot safe and stable. Would definitely recommend it

Gives you so much more versatility. The portability means we now take Alexa in the garden whether we are sitting outside with friends or going the gardening. Good value for money. The fit is good once you click Alexa into place. The Battery life is great for our needs.

It's good, easy to use and lasts but you still have to attach the dot with a small cable

Battery could be better, and would suggest a switch/toggle power button instead of the 3s press would be great. Otherwise, it works well

La base di ricarica di Alexa è comodissima. Ti permette di spostare Alexa e ascoltare musica, sia quando esci in giardino, sia quando vai a fare la doccia. Dopo un anno, il dispositivo non andava bene, ma ho ricevuto una valida assistenza. In tempi brevi ho ricevuto la sostituzione del prodotto che era ancora in garanzia. Consiglio!

Funktioniert und macht was es soll

Très bonne autonomie, me permet de déplacer mon echo dot 5e gen avec moi partout dans la maison et meme a l’exterieur de la maison (tant que echo dot capteur le wifi). Et le design colle tres bien a l’echodot.
