what thickness plinth panel 16mm ?

16mm is about right, the plinth is hollow in construction, thin stainless steel covering a 'box' plastic inside, very easy to work with. We used a junior hacksaw to cut it, There are clear plastic seals top and bottom for a neat finish, which can be removed if you need to adjust the height. Extremely pleased with the finished product, looks extremely classy, great value for money.
