Colossal WASTE OF MY TIME
WHAT A WASTE OF TIME !!! I Paid for expedited shipping as well, for a reason. BECAUSE I NEEDED IT NOW. NO WHERE, NO WHERE in the description of the product does it say you NEED A PC WITH WINDOWS TO DOWNLOAD A DISC WITH SOFTWARE. All I saw is that it was compatible with MAC /OS. Such an easy thing to put in the description to not WASTE MY TIME to go pick up at the post office, and now have to repackage and ship back. I'm so mad....RIDICULOUS. Also, didn't realize it's an INTERNAL SD car. It is in the description, but you have to look hard for it. It makes it sound like it's included and you can take it out and connect to your computer with a stick. The fact that I have to go to my router, which is IN A CLOSET ON A RACK....take off the door and hook up the ethernet EVERY TIME....my god. SO MAD. I can't be the first one to find out the hard way. DO ME/US/YOURSELF a FAVOR---PROPERLY DESCRIBE THE PRODUCT !!!!!

The instructions are horrible. You must have a PC with Internet Explorer to run the camera software. Does not work with a Mac Pro. There is no SD Card. Was told by the tech that the sd card is wired internally which makes no sense. It either has internal memory or has an sd card for external extra memory. For something this expensive, it should be very easy to connect and setup. It also did not come with a dvd with any camera software on it. Can not be setup wirelessly. You must physically connect it to your router first. So this will not work if you need to take it with you for extra security in hotel rooms etc..

EXCELLENT !
My one came with 8GB SD card and not 32, but the support department kindly sent the 32 GB card.The camera works great , the equipment is easy configuration .EXCELLENT PRODUCT!Recommend and I'm already buying another unit.
