Doesn't Come with Instrcutions
Turns out is is a great little unit. Even better than expected. It has all kinds of great features and it does work perfectly. The issue is that there are no instructions. None on amazon, and none with the unit. After spending some time searching other thermostats on amazon that looked the same i was able to locate instructions from a different seller. Other than that, I am Pleased. In case anyone's looking here they are.

This listing says the temp controller is good for 500C but the product itself says its only rated to 120CBe wary

The one I got only can get up to 120c not 500c!
