Arrived dinked / was supposed to be a present
The actual tumbler is lovely but it arrived bashed and as it was supposed to be a Christmas present I’ll be sending it back. It arrived as it is in a cardboard box.Maybe better packaging / a smaller box with bubble wrap would better suffice.EDIT: The replacement is brilliant, arrived in great condition and really looking forward to giving this to the recipient.

It leaks very easily
Very good design , keeps drinks hot for Atleast 4 hours but does leak very easily mainly because the lid doesn’t seem to fit properly .very expensive for what it is , isn’t very good quality for money .

Huge tumbler
When I opened the packet, I was surprised how big it is! Price reflects accurately. Warm beverages stay hot for many hours. Does not leak.
