I decided to wait to review this product after using it consistently for the past 4 months (just finished my 4th bottle). I take it at night and within an hour I can feel an immediate calming effect and feel very sleepy. My sleep has been incredibly deep as well. The taste is very good too! Will continue to purchase!

Works so good for me for sleep. First 3 bottles were syrupy and way too sweet, but worth the cringe and shudder. 4th bottle was water thin and didn't seem as effective. I am super concerned about quality control with this product after seeing other issues reported. On the search for an alternative I can trust for a daily supplement.

The serving size is shy of 30 days tho. I ended up buying powdered L-theanine instead to add to my coffee. This is very helpful especially for those who experience anxiety :)

I have bought this GABA supplement about 6 times now, and it's been fantastic. Great taste - which was different from the other supplements like it that I found. However, there is a lot of variation with each bottle that I have gotten in terms of texture and flavor. And this most recent purchase - the product is much thinner and the taste is AWFUL. It's bitter and tastes like medicine, where previously it tasted like lemon balm. This is super dissapointing, as it's been a great product previously. The manufacturer really needs to get better at consistency in their formulation.
