I purchased this to remotely control my mini split on a vacation property when I am not onsite. It works flawlessly and connected to my Daiken and now my Bryant once I had to replace the old one. The only consideration is if you turn on your device using the app and turn it off via the remote your app will become confused. It's minor as you can get around it but it's something to know.

Perfectly met my need to automate my Daikin mini-split control.

Absolute garbage. Doesn't work any better than the built in thermostat for my mini split head. I wanted something that could regulate the wild temperature fluctuations and this is not it. Why is it still cooling after going several degrees BELOW the temperature reading on the unit? Why is it still pushing heat after going several degrees above? How hard is it to turn off the mini split as soon as it reads the desired reading? Not to mention, very difficult to sync with my unit. I had to look up codes and input them 1 by 1 until I found the right one. The IR scanner set up is junk. The only thing this does well is connect to Wifi. Cool.

TLDR: Sends signals in Celsius ONLY and has a built in 63F minimum. Pros: -Looks nice -Setup was straight forward -Climate+ does a better job at keeping the temp I want than my mini split does. Cons: -If you set it to Fahrenheit it will show Fahrenheit in the app but it will send signals in Celsius to your mini split. This is bad because you lose fine control over your mini split’s temperature. If your mini split has a display it will show the temp in Celsius too which is also annoying. Support has told me they do not have plans to change this. -This one is my biggest complaint. My mini split’s minimum is 60F but the Mysa will go no lower than 63F (I like to set 60F at night to make the bedrooms cold). Support tells me to manually set it to 60F with the remote but this doesn’t work because the Mysa sends out a signal randomly setting it back to 63F (even with climate+ turned off). Support says they have no plans to update this feature.

Couldn’t get this connected to WiFi. Instructions were not helpful and neither was their website. Not sure why it was not compatible with our ero WiFi routers

I bought 2 Mysas in November, they seemed to be working ok, then bought 2 more for our 4-head Fujitsu mini-split. However, one Mysa device goes all the way to 75 even though it's set for 62! I have contacted customer service for weeks, totally useless .Now with the new app, I added the 4 Mysa devices to the app several times, was told it's successful but then the app says "No device added", meaning the mysas are totally useless if the app does not recognize them. I cannot even change the old schedule! I bought them to be able to control the temperature setting remotely. Now they do less than the original thermostat. Nice idea, nice design, but a $400-500 flop. It says it has a 2-year warranty but how do I get my money back if customer service does not get back to me.

It works somewhat. But it does not show accurate temp on the actual ac unit and if we turn on the unit with our remote this unit does not recognize it.

Nice looking product and it sends signals to my LG 36BTU mini-split. The only problem is not what temperature is set on my phone the temperature on the AC constantly drifts. No amount of calibrations helps. The AC is never within 4 degrees of what is set on my phone. This product should not be on the market - it a complete functional failure.

Easy setup. Played well with my iPhone 14 Pro Max. It just took a few minutes to connect to my network and I can now control the mini split from anywhere. The hardware is not bad looking either.

These product are by far the best investment we have made for our satellite property. Quick response and fantastic on the app.ease of set up and intuitively layed out. The support is bar none the best we have ever experienced. We have already recommended to friends and cottage goers for the shear convenience that they provide. It doesn’t get any better than this. Produit qui semble bien conçu mais ne fonctionne pas bien avec ma Thermopompe ZEPHYR. La thermopompe réagit très lentement aux instructions de chauffage du thermostat ce qui fait que la température réelle peut baisser de 2 degrés ou plus sous le point demandé. Ce problème semble venir de la thermopompe elle-même, puisque le thermostat lui demande une température de plus en plus élevée pour la faire démarrer rapidement, ce qui tarde toujours à venir. Donc la précision du chauffage n'est pas améliorée. Merci à l'équipe de soutien de Mysa pour l'aide à la configuration.
