Reliable and easy to use for elderly care
This nebulizer has been excellent for my elderly family member. It’s simple to set up, quiet during use, and delivers medication effectively. The mask and mouthpiece options are comfortable, and the overall design is user-friendly, even for those with limited mobility. It’s made daily treatments much easier and more comfortable. Definitely a great purchase for anyone caring for an elderly person.

Just what I needed.
Very happy with my purchase, great quality and value for money. Easy to use. It’s helped with my breathing so much. Even better than the one I received from the hospital. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

good for price
Big problem with this, the bit that attatches to the mask, the plastic tube bit, comes off all the time no matter how hard you push it on but its nice size machine and does the job.

Fantastic
Bought this as an addition to the NHS provided one for my dad so there would be one upstairs and downstairs; this works much better than the one supplied by the NHS which leaked/broke apart during use. Comfortable, works perfectly and though heavy is not too difficult to move from room to room. I’m going to buy him the fish shaped one to keep downstairs.

Broke on the second use, dreadful customer service
Out of the box, the nebuliser worked well. After using it again four months later however, the air from the compressor unit was not vaporising the saline solution in the cup, even after half an hour thereafter. As this was only the second use, I was a mite disappointed. More so given I was no longer eligible for a refund owing to the long gap between uses (yay for my immune system, I guess?)So, I contacted A&D via their website’s “Devices for Home use" contact form to report the fault and received no response in a week. I emailed them... no response in a fortnight. After I chased them, an individual from support claimed she had only just been forwarded the message, which would suggest the person(s) in charge of their email account ignored it.She kindly offered to post a new cup, which is the most common explanation for the fault. I provided my shipping details, and... nothing happened. For over a month. I chased again. The message was “seen” using my email tracking extension, but again radio silence for two weeks. Fully two months now without a resolution.I was forced to take matters into my own hands and buy the kit myself. I figured a £9 outlay is relatively small if it might save the nebuliser from the skip. Immediately it started vapourising - mystery solved.I have a fully functioning item again, but A&D's customer service left a sour taste in the mouth. It was clear that helping this paying customer was not high on their priority list, and I suspect they were hoping I'd give up and go away. Well, was the 1-star review worth a small bit of plastic?
