Felt the effects immediately. I have severe hip and joint pain, causing restless nights! Now I sleep thru the night and wake up with no pain! This is amazing! I golfed 18 holes, my entire body hurt when I went to bed, woke up feeling GREAT!

We have been using this grounding mat for a while now. I feel like I have gotten much better sleep, my low back issues haven't been a problem, and its set up in our sheets so you can't even tell. I will be getting 2 more, each for our kids on their beds.

It’s worth every dollar! I just started using the grounding bed mat 5 days ago and I can really tell the difference in my knee pain. I use it for about 30-40 minutes every night.I have experienced tingling in my hands and was told that is common when first starting using the grounding bed mat.

I'm sure these work for some conditions but did not see any improvement or benefit. Bought this mat at the urging of my husband who has lower back issues. Kept it on the bed for about 4 months and saw no difference. Other than it's a pain to change sheets using one of these. Wish I could have realized this within the return period. Waste of money for us.

We love our grounding mat !! Took it off for a week and could tell a difference with our aches and pains - definitely feel like we sleep better using it most of the time !

Please know this picture showing it fitting the entire bed is miss-leading. Which has lost a few stars for me. I don’t like deception. From the picture, it appears it will fit almost like a sheet on a king size bed. However, it is just a strip of about 2 feet. It has straps that fit over the mattress. Making the bed will have a whole other step as you’re supposed to sleep directly on it.Having said that, on a positive note, I have not been able to sleep through the night in such a long time (trauma, menopause, life?).I’ve only had this for three nights and for the last two, I have not woken up through the night. Which earned it 1 star back! I don’t know if that’s psychological or for real.I’ve only had it for a few days, so we shall see. So far I’m getting great results.

So we put it on the bed it doesn’t help us get to sleep right away but in the morning you feel like you’ve had a good night sleep thanks

I didn’t know what I expected using mat. But after two weeks sleeping on it I feel I’m getting more rest and feel more refreshed.
