These fish fingers are very tasty.Made from Alaskan Pollack, for me, they are indistinguishable from cod or haddock.As are all Birds Eye fish products, these are a "Certifiable Sustainable Fish Food".You get 10 fingers in the packet.Ingredients wise, they are just fish, breadcrumb coating and rapeseed oil.The breadcrumb does contain wheat.Health wise they're not too bad. Basically no sugar, and not too bad on salt,with it being less than 1%.Unusually it actually says on the packet "contains 2 portions", which means 5 fish fingers each. Which is exactly what I have. 5 makes a perfect sized fish portion with chips. Or alternatively, try that gourmet delight, the fish finger sandwich.Overall, these are a great buy. With a fish finger, when you consider the amount of coating, spending more on cod or haddock varieties, seems to me, to be a bit of a waste.These are as good as any I've tasted.I hope you found this review.

The MOLLE sheath is of exceptional quality. Very happy with my purchase.
Tastiest when Grilled Straight from the freezer. Place ensure food is cooked until piping hot. Do not refreeze after defrosting. 230ºC Fan 210ºC Gas Mark 12-15 mins. Pre-heat oven. Top part of oven on a baking tray. Turn over halfway through cooking. Cook until crisp and golden. Medium Grill 12-15 mins. Pre-heat grill. Turn over occasionally. Cook until crisp and golden. Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler.
