Very nice
This mozzarella was a substitute on my order, but it’s the same like the other one tasty easy to cut and very good for my pizza. I will definitely buy it again and recommend.

One of the best supermarket own brand mozzarella cheeses
As an Italian I like good quality mozzarella and sometimes I want something with a lighter taste than buffalo mozzarella, perhaps for use in cooking baked pasta or on a pizza. This is by far the best supermarket own brand mozzarella cheeses I have found. I still overall slightly prefer Galbani, but this is very close, and excellent value. It tastes light, fresh, creamy and actually very pleasant. Unlike some other supermarket own brand ones I have tried that have been rubbery, dry and low in taste.

Lovely pizza mozzarella.
There are other used but this was beautiful shredded onto a pizza. Lovely stuff!
