Happy with it!
Value for the money because the burn time with this is much longer than the cheaper versions, so my small fireplace functions better!

Love it right out the box
The media could not be loaded. This thing is perfect. So easy to set up. I used it as soon as I opened the box and it did exactly what it was supposed to do. Gave off a romantic ambiance. Just what I wanted, a fire pit without the hassle. It did burn out quickly but I didn’t use a lot of bioethanol so maybe that’s why. Hard to tell how much to pour in my opinion

Its very easy to use. Well packed. I recommend keeping the original packing it came in. 70% alcohol works well. Easy to assemble. However, plan to order additional wicks. It only came with one.
