It feels like this is super expensive for sodium bicarbonate, but I wanted something USP grade because I take a few teaspoons a day, lots of health benefits but I won't leave those because I'm not a doctor, I just know that when I take this and this brand, I feel better, and my finicky stomach is grateful for it. If you have stomach issues and are tired of the stuff your doc is prescribing you, take this instead it works for a long time and almost instantly. I wish it wasn't lined in aluminum because that can leech into the product. Something to think about with your packaging. Probably only a tiny amount if any though, I'm just careful about cooking or ingesting products that use aluminum or any kind of aluminum foil.

The media could not be loaded. I use this baking soda not only for cooking, but also as an antacid - which both uses are on the label of this package. This is organic, kosher, and it’s gluten, aluminum, and ammonia free.I I think all of these things are very important! It’s a good value for the money that you pay. Some brands are much more expensive. This is a 1 pound pouch. I would highly recommend this sodium bicarbonate.
