5 Stars – Excellent Camera with Local Storage and Impressive Night
I’ve been using the Eufy e330 camera for a little while now and I’m thoroughly impressed. One of my main requirements was avoiding a monthly subscription since I already have a NAS at home. Thankfully, this camera supports local storage, which makes it a perfect fit.Setup was straightforward, and I love that it comes with two solar panels—especially since I mounted the cameras in locations that don’t have easy access to power outlets. The solar panels keep the battery topped off without any extra hassle.The Eufy app is user-friendly and lets you arm or disarm all cameras—or just individual ones—with ease. Whether I’m at home or away, I can control everything remotely without any issues.Where this camera really shines is the night vision. It’s not the typical black-and-white you get with most cameras—instead, you still get color night vision, and the clarity is excellent. This has honestly been one of the best night vision cameras I’ve used to date.Highly recommend the Eufy e330 if you're looking for a solid, subscription-free camera with reliable performance and great image quality—day or night.

Hands-down, best security cameras on the market!
I couldn’t be happier with my Eufy S3 Pro cameras. The 4K video quality is incredibly sharp, even at night, and the color night vision is a total game-changer. Setup was super easy — I had them up and running in under 15 minutes with no wires and no hassle. The solar panel keeps them charged effortlessly, even in partly cloudy weather.What really stands out is the AI-powered detection. It accurately distinguishes people, vehicles, and animals, so I only get alerts that matter — no more unnecessary notifications. The two-way audio is crisp and clear, and I love being able to check in remotely from anywhere with the Eufy app.No monthly fees, no data being sent to the cloud unless I want it — just solid, reliable security. Excellent Camera System
I decided on the Eufy S3 four camera system and it arrived on time and undamaged. It is a fantastic camera system, easy to mount, the video image quality is first rate and the app to use the system is user friendly. The system has so many options and capabilities, I’m learning new ones every day to make the system customized to my needs. I have no criticisms of the system and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a way to monitor their home and property.

Excellent product. Works well, easy to set up.
The best yet! These are now my 3rd try for a usable security camera system. And finally - these really do the job. What sold me to purchase was the E340 doorbell camera with the second camera viewing the floor area where packages would be delivered. Brilliant! Add to that a great sale - couldn't pass it up.* E340 doorbell camera works great. I have one on battery, the other on house doorbell power. I was able to use the internal contacts to trigger the normal house doorbell chimes - definite benefit. The down-looking second camera is perfect for those of us receiving many packages.* Solar-powered outdoor camera: These are great. The 4K color image is beautiful, even at night! Battery size seems sufficient to maintain constant100% charge .* Motion detection: Easy to set up, but powerful. Very easy to set the detection zone in the image. You can specify whether to identify humans or vehicles. This detection is AI-powered and seems quite accurate. You can even do a bit of training. It will show you a small image it has identified and ask you if it is correct. If not, it will ask you further info.* Solar power: The built-in solar cells are keeping my 2 outdoor cameras at 100% full time.* System setup: The hub is small and works very well.* Wi-Fi signal: The cameras connect readily to the house Wi-Fi with a strong signal. (My previous camera was sketchy, and prone to weak signal).

ZERO customer service and technical support - 1 defective camera in kit
Defective camera and ZERO customer service. I ordered the 4-camera kit with the S3 Pro camera and homebase unit. The kit arrived on July 14th. 1 of the 4 cameras was defective upon removal from the original box it was shipped in. The camera would power on, however it wouldn't connect with the homebase. I verified it was completely charged, and went through all of the troubleshooting suggestions from the manufacturer. The 1 camera still would not connect to the homebase. The other 3 cameras work flawlessly, have a great picture, and connected directly to the homebase unit without any issues. The quality of the working cameras would have received 5 stars to be honest. However, with 1 of the cameras being completely defective, I attempted to troubleshoot the issue with the manufacturer's web site. I wasn't able to get the camera to work, so I tried to contact the manufacturer by telephone. I received a message that said "Our call volume is too high, please use our web site." I then tried to use the online chat support tool on their website. After messaging with the chat application, they informed me "this is going to require a conversation with our technical support team." They recommened I send an email to the technical support team. I sent the first email on July 15th. I will say on a positive note, they were initially quick to respond to the email, however it quickly became a massive headache to deal with the manufacturer. Over the course of the next week, I exchanged emails back and forth with their technical support team 10 times! Each time, they would ask for something different. After multiple emails back and forth, they even began requesting the same information I had supplied in the original email communication. The final frustration was the email I received a week later that reads (copied/pasted from their technical support team): Your package will undergo a thorough inspection once it arrives at our facility. This is to ensure that the contents of the package are confirmed and match your return request. Any replacement process will only commence after the inspection is completed and the contents of the package are verified. We strive to process all returns as quickly as possible, and we will keep you updated on the status of your request.I understand the need to resolve a technical issue, however this company is awful. It would have been so much easier and faster for me to have returned the item directly to Amazon and get a new kit sent out. I didn't feel this was an amazon issue however, it was only a manufacturer defect. Again, I will applaud the quality of the working cameras, the night color vision is excellent. However, if you can't rely on support and have this much trouble with the company, I definitely would not recommend purchasing from this manufacturer.
