Efficient, Sleek, and Hands-Free Cleaning for Smaller Spaces
I live in an 800 sqft condo with mostly hardwood floors and a few small rugs, and the Eufy Omni C20 has proven to be a great fit for my space. Here’s a breakdown of my experience with the vacuum: 1. Ease of Use The Omni C20 is incredibly easy to set up. After plugging it in and filling the water tank, I was good to go. The water tank is very user-friendly, with a convenient handle and a well-sealed cover that prevents leaks, which is a common issue with some competitor models. The ambient light under the water tank adds a cool visual touch, making the vacuum feel a bit more premium. 2. Lidar/Proximity Sensor Upgrade The lidar and proximity sensors on this model are a major improvement over other robots I’ve used. Coming from the Eufy X8 and Dreame D10 Plus, both of which had solid lidar systems, I’ve noticed the Omni C20 maps my apartment much more efficiently. In my previous models, the first mapping session could take 20-30 minutes, and the robots didn’t always distinguish between walls and furniture. The Omni C20, however, only takes about 3 minutes to complete the initial mapping and does a 3D scan, accurately identifying solid walls from furniture like countertops. Very impressive! 3. Sleek Design and Low Profile While the lidar sensor is much improved, what really stands out is the Omni C20’s sleek design. Unlike my previous robots, which had a visible sensor bump on top (think of the lidar sensors on autonomous cars like Waymo), the Omni C20 has a slim, almost Tesla-like profile. The entire body is only about 3 inches tall, allowing it to easily go under tight spaces like couches and cabinets. I’m not sure how Eufy managed to achieve this, but it’s a big plus for anyone with limited clearance. 4. Good Surface Detection and Nice Cleaning Performance with a small trade off The C20 does a great job of differentiating between surfaces. It switches seamlessly between mopping and vacuuming when it detects a change in floor type, even when it comes to something as small as a door mat. Its cleaning performance is impressive, though it’s not the fastest robot out there. On average, it takes about 1 minute per 10 sqft for a combined mop-vacuum cleaning session. For comparison, my Dreame D10 does the job almost twice as fast. However, the C20 delivers superior cleaning results and even goes back to wash the mop during the cleaning cycle, which contributes to the longer duration but is a great feature. I’m happy with the trade-off since the C20 offers a more thorough clean. 5. Ok Battery Life and Long Charging One of the few drawbacks I’ve noticed is the battery life. It’s not the best in its class. On average, the C20 uses about 60% of its battery to clean my entire 800 sqft apartment. By contrast, my Dreame D10 only uses about 30% for a similar cleaning. The C20 also has a slower charging time, taking over 3 hours to fully recharge. However, given its smaller profile and ability to clean tighter spaces, I’m okay with the trade-off. 6. Mop Drying Noise Another small concern is that the robot produces a low, constant noise for a few hours while it dries the mop after cleaning. While it doesn’t use hot air drying like some competitors, it’s a more energy-efficient approach. This isn’t a major issue for me since it’s part of the self-sustaining, hands-free cleaning process. I’m happy to let it do its job and dry, charge, and clean itself without any intervention from me. Conclusion Overall, the Eufy Omni C20 offers a fantastic hands-free experience with impressive cleaning performance and thoughtful design. While it’s not the fastest in terms of cleaning time or battery life, the superior mapping, sleek profile, and thorough cleaning make it well worth the investment. If you have a smaller space, like a studio or a 1-3 bedroom condo, this is a great robot vacuum to consider. However, if you have a larger home and need longer battery life, you might want to explore other options, especially bigger ones. For me, it’s been a great fit, and I’m very happy with the results.

This might sound dramatic, but
UPDATE: Purchased November of 2024. Unit had to be replaced September of 2025 (less than 1 year into life) due to a faulty internal module (per Eufy's own customer support.) Received replacement unit Sept. 2025 and by Dec 2025 the replacement is completely non-functional. It either cannot find the docking station, or prematurely ends its cleaning cycle (this is what my first unit was doing) and returns to dock with a full battery. Eufy will not stand behind their replacement unit failing within 90 days. Basically said sorry you're out of luck, here is a 50% off code for a refurbished unit. Very disappointed as this machine was over $400 and 2 units have failed in just 13 months. The first time I contacted Eufy support they were so great and helpful. Displayed solid markers of good customer service by using my name in emails, etc. The second time was awful. Difficult to understand what they wanted. Addressed me as my email, not by my name. Not sure if support got offshored because it was extremely useless and difficult this time around. They didn't even review the logs showing the timestamps and specific errors that were occurring. I am disappointed. When this machine works, it works well. But it won't work well long enough to justify the high price tag. And if Eufy wont stand behind their own products then that is a definite no for me. Which is such a shame. Do not recommend. This product has actually been life changing for me. I have a large area (around 900sq ft), 2 giant dogs, 3 cats, and 1 child. I started with shark mop/vacuum combos in my smaller rooms. And I was satisfied with their performance enough to buy this Eufy. I could not be happier with the work this thing has taken off my plate. It was just not feasible to mop everyday, despite my floors needing it. Now my floors get cleaned (SO WELL) EVERY SINGLE DAY. The eufy does NOT disappoint. You have a ton of customization options in the app (which is amazing-and monitors performance life of different components making maintenance a breeze). I love the clear tanks to keep an eye on water levels. And the dirty water I pour out of this thing....it's shocking. I am someone who tends to feel more anxious when my house is messy. So, not to be dramatic, but my quality of life in my house since buying this has gone up a lottt. Such little effort on my part for such an amazing result. I will be upgrading my sharks to this Eufy model as time goes on, due to the convenience of the Eufy self emptying, the self wash and dry pads, and the app.

Eufy Mop and Vac
I really like this robot vacuum. It mops and vacuums the whole house. I have 1957 sq ft of tile. The set up was very easy and the Eufy mapped the house quickly. It doesn’t run into the furniture or rub on my baseboards. This is my third robot vacuum. I had a Samsung and a Shark. This vacuum out cleans them both. The linear mapping is very accurate. Previous vacuum would scar my baseboards and I would have to go around and scrub off black marks. Not this Eufy, it is far superior. I have two step down walk in showers and the vacuum avoided going in there. Another plus of linear mapping. Eufy does have a dust bag but I don’t mind it cause no dust particles in the air when it empties like the other brands. Two decent size water tanks. Clean and dirty water, easy to fill and replace on the top of the unit. It will verbally tell you what it is doing in its process. My only problem has been it will get hung up in my small throw rugs (thin ones) The mops will pull them along. My large area rugs, it goes over with ease. I do have electric reclining furniture and those pieces I had to secure the cords so the vacuum doesn’t get caught in those. The vacuum will notify you if there is an issue, and tell you what the problem is. If you have a larger home, it will take several hours to complete a whole house vacuum and mop. You can choose to only vacuum, mop, or both. There is also a clean only selected rooms feature and what times to do it. Ex: Let it clean while you are away. Overall I am really happy with my purchase. I am going to order extra dust bags and Eufy cleaning solution for the floors. It only takes 1/2 capful to one tank. Presently I just have it water mopping and the floors feel clean and grit free. I do have two Chihuahuas and dog hair isn’t an issue. You will have a map that details where the vacuum has cleaned on your phone and its progress to date. Also history of past cleanings. I am very happy so far. I will update this later. But my first month with the Eufy is thumbs up! Get one, you will love it!

If you think you need a robot, you probably do
Bought this to clean up after my dad since he spills food on the floor multiple times a day. So my impressions so far, both good and bad: #1 Fairly easy to set up, it makes you use an app of course, but the app is pretty nice. Mine wanted bluetooth and of course WiFi activated, but I think you can run it from your phone from another location without bluetooth. #2 After setting it up in the dock and charging, I think it's best to let it map your whole house. I moved a bunch of stuff while it was mapping, but then I later wanted to add another room, so I had to have it map the whole house again. This wasn't really a problem since the robot maps a lot of areas pretty quickly. However, you can't edit maps in a way you might think you could, instead you just have to let it make a new map. The robot will latch onto power cords etc. while it is vacuuming/mapping the house for the first times. I'm impressed at how well the robot maps. #3 The mopping is kind of mid-range with some really good and not so good elements so far. So the clean water and dirty water tanks are great. The 2 mop swirls are really good. The robot struggles a lot to get much mopping done because it wets/cleans the mop at the station, then takes the damp mop to mop a small spot, then has to return to clean the mops again. This is fine, but then the mop station stopped working and gives a cleaning tray error over and over. There seems to be no way to inspect the cleaning station in order to try to remove obstructions, I already checked the bottom tray, top containers, bottom of the robot, and looked for any way to access potential obstructions, so this may be the defeating flaw, but I will try a few more times. Overall I really like the robot mop and I definitely want one that works well, so we'll see. First update: I watched a youtube video showing where the water suction tube is on the dock station, so that helped a lot to position the flexible tube so it will suck water up correctly.

Worth Every Penny
If you have pets with a lot of hair and it’s not emptying the dust bin or the mop pads are full of debris, you need to increase the frequency it goes to the docking station while cleaning. I have two pets with short hair I have mine scheduled to run everyday at the same time and I have it set to go back to the docking station every 10 minutes for the mop and the frequency for empty the dustbin is set to medium. You also need to make sure you keep the bottom tray clean as this I promise you will be the reason why your mop pads are gross and aren’t drying. Brushing the filter screen and cleaning/tapping or changing the filter is just as important as. If you eufy is not working the way you want I can almost guarantee you, that you need to play around with the settings on the app and that you also need to make sure you are keeping up on the maintenance. I have mine just the way I want now. When I put in new water I only put two capfuls of the solution I empty and rinse out the dirty water bin, I check the dust bin and filter/screen just in case and I make sure the tray is clean. I occasionally check the roller but again my dogs have short hair, I get more worried about all my our hair in the roller. Which by the way the roller is super easy to clean, I like how the ends just pop off and I don’t have to struggle to unravel it. I change out all of the parts when recommended i.e. mop pads, roller, side brush and dust bag, filter etc. I have had no issues. I absolutely love the app, hands down it is really the best that I could ask for. I can do everything through the app and it is very informative. It tells me when something is wrong, what’s wrong and how to fix it. Like it will show you a picture tutorial or route you to a YouTube video. It shows when I need to replace the parts and where to buy them, I get them in a bundle from Amazon but still it’s a nice feature. It’s really easy to make it customizable. The biggest piece of advice I can give is to play around with the app, it has everything you need. The machine is fairly quiet when cleaning, it’s a bit loud at the end when it cleans the mop pads but that is literally only a few minutes. I have mine set to take 4 hours to dry the mop pads, that’s just my preference and it’s very quiet when drying them. It seamlessly switches from moping to vacuuming my rugs with ease. It goes over humps with ease I have one of those wire covers on my floor and was worried but no issues. I am extremely satisfied, this little thing has saved me so much work by keeping things clean on a daily basis. Anybody who has pets knows how much you have to vacuum and mop and how much dust they can kicked up. Just by keeping the floors clean has made my dusting lighter too.

Not Suitable For Homes with Pets & Not Long Lasting
I have now had this robot vacuum/mop for about 8 months and I wish I could return it. It is now just a constant frustration- I do not normally write reviews, but I wish I had seen more feedback from others who had had it for a length of time before I bought it considering how quickly this thing deteriorated. Pros: - Easy to use with a mapping function that is not hard to figure out upon unboxing - Replacement parts are quite easy to order and not a lot of money - I like that it only uses water and no extra cleaning liquids are required for use - Mop/Vacuum combo for a decent cost Cons: - After about 2-3 months, the robot no longer was able to reliably dock on its own as it often would get stuck and need assistance. Since then, it has been hit or miss on whether or not it will go up on its own, even after thorough cleanings of both the docking station/surrounding area and the robot itself. - The tray on the docking station that the robot sits on regularly overflows and gets too full, causing the cleaning process to stop entirely. I cannot count how many times I have emptied the tray, set it to clean my house while I'm gone, only to have already left and find out that it has already filled back up and the cleaning job can no longer be completed until I arrive home hours later. I honestly do not know what causes this and it is extremely frustrating. - The battery life has drained significantly, now only getting through 2 or 3 rooms before it needs to charge back up. I am now at a point where I have to pick the rooms that I want cleaned the most for the night because it may or may not get through them. I also have to make sure I will be home to ensure I can help it dock back up and empty the tray when it notifies me it is too full. - In the past month or so, I have had to regularly reset the robot itself as well as remap several times as it has been glitching. It started off by failing to position properly even though nothing in the room had changed. Additionally, the app and robot are not communicating correctly and it is not cleaning the entire rooms I even have it set to! For example, if I choose for it to clean a hallway, it may only clean half of the hallway instead of the entire thing. - As far as actual cleaning goes, it is not bad, but the mops do not consistently drop down and I need to often go behind it and push them down if I have it set on mop mode. It used to also go up to my baseboards and clean up to the wall, and it no longer does that either. I do not clean it after every use and I do have pets at home. Overall, I keep it cleaned and I change out the filters and all of the brushes when it is time. I was so excited to get this and at first I felt like it was a great investment. It is now just a huge waste of my time and I plan to replace it as soon as I can. It does not perform well and it will not last long in a home that needs regular cleanings.

A Good Vacuum, Not the best Mop
I bought this with high hopes of never having to mop or vacuum again, or rarely. I was wrong. The vacuuming is sufficient, but not incredible. It’s enough to keep the floor from feeling and looking gross, which is a big job in my home with 3 dogs and 2 cats, so that’s a positive. It doesn’t do a good job avoiding wires or cords against the wall, and of course it can’t get into corners or crevices either due to shape. The homeowners will have to obviously pick up big things and even little things, and just rely on the Eufy to pick up dirt, dust and hair, which it does well. As for the mopping features, there’s a lot to be desired. I misunderstood the “mopping” capabilities. This device doesn’t load water into the mop or machine, it just wets the lower mop pads, spins them over the floor to pick up dirt, then goes back to housing unit, rinses mop pads and rewets the pads, over & over. It only supports Eufy cleaning solution, too, so keep that in mind if you like or want a nice cleaning solution smell. For the price of this little puppy, I will return the vacuum & mop and just buy 2 Eufy Vacuums. Robots.

Updated review after 1.5 years: not a good robot vacuum
I am updating my review after 1.5 years of ownership and lowering to 1-star. I'm very disappointed with this vacuum and wary of buying another Eufy product. Here are some of the reasons: - after about 8 months one mop pad failed to drop down; I sent it back for repair under warranty - after about 1 1/4 years (out of warranty) one of the wheel units failed; I disassembled and it appeared jammed with debris but the wheels cannot be disassembled and cleaned; I replaced it myself but it's a complex replacement process - the unit consistently gets jammed under and between things: stuck under my easy chairs, couch, ottoman; jammed in the legs of dining room chairs. It has never completed a single multi-room cleaning without getting stuck. My old stupid wandering robot vacuum did not do this nor does another robovac I have - the detangling feature does not work at all - it might as well not have the feature; before or after every run I have to manually detangle the brush - the mop washing is very sensitive and requires careful maintenance to ensure the water reservoirs are sealed and the mop washer tray is regularly (almost daily) cleaned and maintained - the front roller wheel requires removal and cleaning before/after each run as it also gets jammed with debris When it works, it works OK. But the mechanical failures and constant maintenance are a real problem with this machine. I'm annoyed with Eufy for making this and with myself for paying so much for this machine. -------------------------------------- After the mop washing issue was resolved now I think I may keep the unit. It’s working reasonably well. The issue was that the water tanks don’t close very easily and if any air gap is there, things don’t work well. Pros: - Love the intelligence and mapping capabilities. When you're done in the kitchen you can send the vacuum there and not have it bother you in another room. - The mapping makes it efficient as well. Instead of wandering, it plans a cleaning route and completes it quickly. - Rotating mops seem like they work better than dragging a cloth around like other moppers. - Brush hair removal seems to work reasonably well. Certainly is better than manually removing it every run from the simpler models. Cons: - Got stuck easily and could not complete a clean of my first floor without stopping. Maybe it's my furniture but, unlike the 11s, the height of this almost exactly matched under one couch and an ottoman (pictured). So it would try to get under those items but then get jammed. Beyond that it had trouble with rug edges (as pictured) and got trapped in a bookshelf base. It was just not as good as the 11s which almost never got stuck. - Brush seems more sensitive to jams than the 11s model. The “dumb” model just cruises around with a mass of hair whereas this one can ask you to fix what seems a fairly small jam.

Completa Basura!!
NO COMPREN.

Excelente producto!
Excelente producto.

First time robo vac owners, and we love it.
We love this little cleaning machine. This review is coming from someone who has yet to own a robot vacuum until now. It has made keeping the floors tidy way easier. I love the way it maps the floor out on the app and you can customize when and how you want the floors clean. I love that it can detect rugs and lifts its mops up when going over them. In our house it has a pretty easy job. We have no floor transitions (all LVP from one end to the other) and only 1 area rug in the entrance. It makes it over our air duct vents on the floor that stick out a ways without a problem though. We do however live on a small farm so that entrance rug can get quite dirty. It does a pretty decent job keeping everything tidy. I’d say still getting a broom and mop over everything on a bi weekly basis will be needed but this thing helps me keep up in between with a house full of kids and a small dog and farm boots going in and out. I love that it can easily make it under beds and dressers to get those rogue hairballs. The one thing I don’t love is that it has a section between the mops that stays dry behind it. So depending on your floors, that might be noticeable. We just make sure it does a double mop (goes both directions) and our floors don’t notice it really but that might really depend on your flooring. We also have it set to go back and rewash the mops every 5 minutes otherwise the mops get dry and she isn’t getting anything wet/clean. So far we like it. So long as no issues arise, I imagine we will keep it around for quite a while.

1 year and still loving it
Great product have been using it for a little more than one year and it’s amazing, it cleans very good and keep my floors nice all year long with no effort on my side just changing the water, I have a dog and it cleans all the hair 100% recommended

Terrible experience with this vacuum.
Terrible experience with this vacuum. It constantly says the bag is full even when it’s only about half full, and the mopping pads fall off or shift so easily that it keeps stopping. It started out fine, but in less than three months it became very loud and the battery now drains extremely fast. During one run it spent 17 minutes “looking” for the docking station even though the dock was barely two feet in front of it. Overall, very disappointing performance and not worth the money. I have to change my preview rating because if the after sale service that I received. Got in contact with the vendor and I was surprised by the service I had. The sent a new device and I return the defective item no charge. They took care all transport costs. Receive my new device and this one is working find so far.
