I was absolutely not expecting an email from this company. Much less before I even received the product. I would like to start by explaining that at 51 years old, I have purchased many different products be it creams or devices for skin tightening, wrinkles, sagging skin (double chin), discoloration and puffy eyes. I have been able to weed out the gimmicky ones and make no argument with myself that the amount of money I’ve spent on these “instant gratification” products are not worth it and don’t last. I’m Very chintzy and I do my research on anything I have to spend my hard earned money on. But even after watching and reading reviews on any particular item, I’ve come to the conclusion that I will forever be a skeptic. I’m not a Sephora girl by any means I sometimes forget to even wash my face before I go to bed. But I find myself maybe 2 time a year leaving the country where I live as a hermit with my wrinkles and sagging jaw line (by way of kidnapping by my 15 & 25 year old daughters) *poof* I’m standing in the “old lady” section of Sephora Wichita Ks! Where I felt like running out to my pickup due to the constant “do you need help..? Can I help you find something in particular..??” I swear it was like every 5 minutes. It got to the point where I was uncomfortable. Blah! I had tried just getting information about aging creams for daily use and “target area” miracle whips and then go home to do more research ultimately ordering online but I guess the word LASER came up toooo many times and it stayed in my head. After looking at the prices Sephora had for their Laser devices I was Skeptical because of the low price of this Nulift NL04. Nevertheless I thought I was ready! So I started a routine of just washing and drying my face and neck with a non-perfume no chemical face wash nothing special no brand-name no $90 bottle of “you wish you look like me”. My goal was using it for wrinkles and puffiness three times a week and every night (most nights) in the cooling mode. The device is heavy but not to heavy to make my hand or wrist tired, weighing 9 oz. It doesn’t feel plasticky or fake. It’s definitely all there. It came with a tube of RF base gel that doesn’t take much of it per session and I couldn’t really smell an odor. Maybe a tinge of as if you were in the hospital, like Very Clean. I think only because I was looking for a smell. Ehh I tried Lol. Absolutely any question that I may have had about it (other than wanting to know if there would be any contraindications if I added a cream or oil product in conjunction with the RF base gel if I needed like more moisturizing for winter or a sunscreen and just ended up asking my physician and was all good. But please do your own research on that! ) was covered in the booklet that came with the device. I will religiously be using my Nulift 04 for as long as I can look in the mirror because the results after just 2 weeks were mind blowing! My husband even had nice things to say about the difference he’s seen in my “glow” (not knowing I have this wonderful device) and that says a lot because he don’t say much about anything. I would also like to add that the email I received signed by Linda was very compassionate and kind. It made me feel like she had a genuine concern for the steps I made to order this product and if for ANY reason I wasn’t comfortable or completely satisfied to contact her about my concerns and they would be addressed. Was refreshing to not just get a box, receipt and a thanks for ordering! I tried adding before and after photos but I was only able to upload the unboxing photo. I’d like to start by stating I am always skeptical about the new fads in beauty, until something can show me real results I tend to pass on new products. A friend of mine got this device and within a matter of a week her face not only was appearing 15 years younger but she had a glow to her that I just can’t quite explain. I am a very skeptical when it comes to beauty treatments. I only got this device after my sister got an RF treatment at a spa and noticed a difference in fat reduction. My mother noticed an immediate difference in the wrinkles above her lip the very next day. So I tried it only ONCE on the bags under my eyes and on the jowls at my jawline. I couldn't believe the next day that the bags under my eyes had definitely flattened. And honestly, I don't even see my jowls anymore.Beware that the device shuts off after 10 minutes in my mother thought it was broken. It's not. It just has a timer so you don't overdo it.I am very impressed and will definitely continue to use this. I haven't even read all the instructions and yet, the gentle vibration I used on the skin tightening setting definitely made a difference.It's a heavy duty product and feels very solid in your hand. Again, I'm not usually a believer in this sort of thing but definitely noticing a difference and will continue to use it.
