I ordered this since it was offering product replacement unlike other seller products where replacement was not provided as an option. First i was sceptical about this product. i got it for my new born since it was recommended to not use the regular washing machine used by adults for new born clothes. The product is good but you have to wash 3-4 manually after washing with detergent with fresh water to rinse and clean the clothes. This becomes an headache especially when there is no separate drain outlet in the product at the bottom. You always have to lift the machine and empty it to wash clothes freshly. Other than that motor is good, size is good and button functionality is good. Its value for money. Can be used for some time, but not as a regular driver
