Totally legit product and support
Purchased from manufacturer.First one came smashed from poor handling in shipping and company was great to deal with in getting a 2nd one shipped.2nd one had dented hinge but it didn't affect function so I accepted it. Used about 3 months before seeing that the side of hinge that was bent in shipping had porcelain cracks around hinge area, leading me to wonder if it was safe to use with open lid weight on hinge. Contacted support and they asked for normal stuff, some pics, my info, etc. Within 48 hours they are shipping a replacement.Sales and support are totally legit. These folks will support you after the sale.Product itself is a joy to use, and a great value. Stand is sturdy and - if on smooth or even somewhat rough pavers - rolls exceptionally well. Just a well sorted out BBQ machine.Highly recommend.
