You might have activated the auto on/off function, which detects motion in a 23.6±3.9" cone-shaped area ahead.

Q: Why is the cable integrated into the light bar?

Detachable cables can wear out from frequent plugging and bending, risking wire breakage. To prevent this, we designed a non-detachable cable that has passed rigorous durability tests for long-lasting performance.

Q: Why does the ScreenBar Halo 2 use Type-C and what is the required power input?

Based on user device and EU regulations trends, we adopted Type-C. The recommended voltage for ScreenBar Halo 2 is 5V with a maximum of 3A.

Q: Is my monitor compatible with the ScreenBar Halo 2?

The ScreenBar Halo 2 fits monitors 0.17–2.36" thick and 1000R–1800R curved screens. For more information, please contact BenQ.

Q: Can I replace the LED light myself?

Please contact BenQ support for repair assistance. However, our LED has a tested lifespan of 50,000 hours, ensuring prolonged usage.
