Great starter kit that really comes with everything you need. Setup was quick and easy, kit comes with everything needed, boots up in just a few seconds. I got this for my high schooler who’s taking AP Computer Science, and it’s been perfect for experimenting with Raspberry Pi and Linux. The aluminum case keeps it from overheating, and the compact design makes it easy to fit anywhere. Comes with a quality power supply, SD card, and HDMI cables. Solid kit and highly recommend.

Love RaspberryPI. It's a nice computer for development. I absolutely love this starter pack, which include powerful power supply, SD card and solid heat radiator. As you can see it comes with radiator and thermal pads applied already on places they should be and additional cooler is optional, but very nice to have to keep it cool. SD card is high quality. On top of that it comes with the case and hdmi cables (which are quite expensive, as these ones are not regular). Definitely 10/10 starter pack, got everything you need for day 1 of learning and developing. Community support in raspberry is great tol, and tools are available broadly. (Also, SD card has OS pee installed, so setup is easy)

Good Kit. Metal enclosure is nice and fits together well. Removed the installed OS. it's currently running my Home Assistant and working flawlessly.

I absolutely love this little kit. I use the pi5 as a way to watch tv shows and movies while traveling, as well as an emulator for my favorite ps2 and retro arcade games. The fan and aluminum case this kit comes with have done a fantastic job keeping it cool, even when I'm asking a lot of it. So far the warmest I've noticed it is "slightly warmer than my hand when I touch it", so maybe 36°-37° C? The fan is super quiet, I honestly barely even notice it if there is no other noise in the room. I was able to snap the pi into the case and have it up and running in less than 5 minutes with everything I needed being easy plug and play. I would be recommending this to anyone getting into the wonderful world of raspberry pi.

This is an amazing kit! I didn't need additional parts. Now I made file server, photo server and DNS server. works well.

Can't ask for a better starter kit for getting into Raspberry Pie product world. It came with all the necessary item for a fully functionnal raspberry pie. The metal case in aluminum is of high quality as described. The case is hard aluminum, not the flimsy cheap stuff and the screw holes aligns perfectly. No need to worry; the PCB will fit perfectly in the case and the cutout for the connectors. The fan works good and it's not noisy. I'm able to use the product all day long and not worry of any overheating problem. I like the fact that it's basically plug and play. The OS is on the card, you just need to assemble, plug and start. Strongly recommend. Have fun!

Arrived on-time and in perfect condition. The box is compact and well organised. Everything is safely packaged. Very easy to put together, just be careful about your alignment of the active cooler as you don't get a second chance to have it line up with the holes for the pins. I had no problem looking directly down from above and slowly pressing it into place. No issues fitting the board into the case and the screw holes lined up perfectly, as did the ports with their respective holes in the side. Insert the micro SD card AFTER you install the board in the case to avoid damaging it. Installing it will be easy. The metal case in this kit is, in my opinion, sturdier and easier to deal with than the plastic case that came with my pi 3B+ (and I have no issues with that case either). All-in-all, a good purchase for me and I am quite happy with it! I am currently using it to brush up on my Linux command line knowledge and also learning Python 3 using Thonny (at the moment). Ultimately, I will integrate this into my home automation system currently being developed. I will also use the pi5 for a number of electronic experiments that I have planned. I will likely buy this again, and certainly recommend it. Thanks, and good job iRasptek! 14EC2024 edit: I have been enjoying this kit quite a bit. As part of my home automation project (and weather project, air quality project, AI bird recognition project, etc. ...) I have been acquiring a lot of tech, including another Pi5 from a different vendor as I needed the SBC and nothing else. That Pi5 had an SDRAM failure and I returned it today. I think I will just buy another from iRasptek as that one has been chugging away without a hitch. I tend to stick with what, and who, works for me. Cheers!

built solid, easy to use while very powerful. I hooked it up with a light sensor to control motorized blinds open/close by visible light in rooms instead only by timer, Pi runs my python code flawlessly!

J'ai été surpris de la qualité de ce produit. En 5min j'avais 100% le contrôle du Raspberry. L'installation du ventilateur et ensuite l'installation dans la boite aluminium 1min . Le PCB est complétements enlignés. Il y a 0 offset . Le Raspberry , PCB assembly parfaitement , connecteur solide. La puissance est présente pour un projet DIY. Très bon produit pour apprendre facilement l'environnement Linux, les IoT et la robotique. Je regarde ce qui se fait chez IRasptek pour ajouter des extensions au produit . Le port Header de 40pin donne l'accès au monde extérieur .
