Part missing! Very important part, too.
As you can see in the picture one of the wheels (on the left) came without a rubber bushing to keep the ball bearings in. Another person and I looked all over in the shipping box, but it wasn't there. I've returned the wheels, because without the rubber bushing, that wheel wouldn't last long. However, I've ordered another pair, because they are just the right size, and they come with axle bolts.

Great replacement for any cart or wagon
The wheels are easy to install. I added them to tne back of my fishing cart for a pier over the ocean
