I hate the taste of turmeric, but I want the health benefits, so these gummies are great! Definitely recommend!

The heart-shaped gummy candy is chewy and tastes good. It is not particularly sweet and has no bitterness or spiciness. Compared with capsules and powder, gummy candy is more convenient to eat. Eating two a day as a snack can also supplement multiple vitamins. I like it.

Turmeric Curcumin is one supplement that I believe can make a difference. The dosage of these is pretty low - just 260 mg turmeric (95% curcumin) per two gummies. Personally, I like about 1000 mg per day, which would be 8 gummies (and 40 calories and 24g of carbohydrates).These taste good. You can taste the ginger and fell a little heat from it. They have a sugar coating, similar to gumdrops.The "best by" date was almost two years after I received them, so there is plenty of shelf life.If you want a low dosage of curcumin and prefer gummies, you might give these a try. If you want more than 250 mg/day, I would recommend taking capsules.
