Life depends on your usage if used daily then life will be short wear and tear must takes place but this measuring tape is much better than others avaialable in market.

Does it have feet-inches mark at every inch. For example does it show 3'-6" at 42"?

It have both, feet-inch would be in smaller font though

Whether it indicates both Inches and Centimeters?

One side of the upper part of tape is inch and other side of the upper part is cm.
